Katarina Zargova (I probably got the spelling of her name wrong), but in any event, she is the Eastern European blonde manager who greets you in the front there as of May 2024. She is an absolutely terrible service professional and manager and needs corporate retraining. I went it to order a debit card to the branch since someone committed fraud on my card. Pretty basic right? I begin to meet with a banker to do this after waiting 45 minutes. After we are about 20 minutes into our meeting, it is ended because there is an appointment. She then refused to let me see any other banker including the one I had been working with. She then pulled people out of line who had no appointment and allowed them to speak with a banker, who were behind me. I have no I was treated with such bad service but I suspect prejudice was involved. It would have only taken 10 minutes to finish ordering the card but instead I was in the bank for an additional 4 hours waiting to be seen.

I have not used this BofA branch yet, but as I was able to see what time they opened today, the security guard at this location rudely yelled at me that the bank wasn't opened until 10am. I'm really not sure why he had that tone, but he could have address it in a better manner. Based off how he stood at that location, he did not seem to be very happy, this rating is strictly for the security guard and not for this branch of BofA. If I could give zero rating for the security guard, I would. He needs to demonstrate better communication skills and watch his tone. Especially when some customers such as myself was not even aware of the BofA business hours. That rating is not for this BofA location, but only for the security guard on 2/29/24 @ 9am pst.

The customer service in the bank when it is not busy is satisfactory from my experience. I usually use the atm most of the time.

I feel soo bad for this lady that is the only teller at the window with a huge line the management needs too help her out and prioritize the line before they help open new accounts in the cubicles I waited about 45 mins in line and this lady didnt get any help what so ever horrible attitude from the management as well when someone asked them to help her out. This encounter really made me close my account and not ever bank with them again

I stop by yesterday to try to solve a problem with my card and wanted to speak with one the bankers. the teller comes out and says do everything through the app. Which I find very unprofessional and unfriendly. I decided to drive to the location by Carson mall on del amo blvd a much better service thank you to the team that assisted me my problem got solved and they were very professional since I walk into this location.

The lack of staff is ridiculous. Schedule more tellers! Specially if the nearest alternative is closed. Since there is one teller for 17 customers, of course the teller won't have good customer service. Lack of management.

I have been waiting in line for 20 min already they nly have two tellers eorking on a Friday this is not the first time this happens but this bank is a lot of waste on your yime due to they dont care if you cant wait you walk out nobody even ask how your day is

Employees are very rude. I've been to this branch three times. The one time I did not get treated poorly was the one time none of them talked to me. Looking to transfer my business elsewhere.
