“I haven't been back to this facility since I was kid. My dad used to come here for tax related services back when Pastor Botello was rendering services. I need a document notarized, I looked online and decided to go here once again. Staff was really friendly. I had accidentally had left my ID card at home (yes, yes, I know, should carry it with me always but it was an eventful Monday to day the least ), they gave me the chance to go grab it and come back. Fast, efficient, bilingual and understanding. I don't typically leave reviews but I just had to leave a 5 star. Thank you!”
“I've been with Ron Martinez State Farm in Torrance, CA for many years. Usually when I call, I talk with Liz. She's amazing! She's knowledgeable and fast and extremely helpful!! Everyone in the office jumps in and helps when she's not around. Ron himself has called in the past when I contact them and Liz and the others are not yet in or gone for the day. I didn't even know the voice of my previous agent. I've been with State Farm since the early 90s and I've been very very happy with the folks at Ron Martinez's office.”

My grandmother went here, all my aunts and parents did their taxes here… They have a long history in the Hispanic community working with women at the canneries. I remember going to this tax preparation service as a kid and seeing all the women dressed like nurses I’m waiting for their taxes to be done. Ernesto was very helpful and took care of my taxes. I don't know how my co workers know of this place given that most of us live about an hour and half away from this location but I'm glad my coworkers recommended this place to me. This is now my second year that I filed my taxes (now at the bell gardens location) and I have absolutely no problem driving over an hour just to get the service I receive at Emperor insurance. It's absolutely well worth it. I've been to several tax firms and also have filled my taxes on my own, and non of these methods have given me better tax returns or offered better hospitality like I have at Emperor insurance. I've already recommend this place to my parents, my girlfriend, and other co workers and they are all very pleased.”
