My boxes have been delayed 4 times, what they say on the phone is not even what it says on the tracking. I don’t know if the staff are lying! Will never use this shipping cargo ever again! They’re only updating the delays! They told me it was on a vessel going to port of Manila 4X but guess what it’s a lie!!! Save yourselves from stress! Do not use their service!

Zero stars for you guys, I’ve have been patiently waiting for updates because it’s been months since I sent my boxes but you can’t even provide me right informations whether my boxes are on the way to Philippines. You guys can’t even assure me. All you can say is delayed, delayed, delayed or missed connecting vessels. I don’t believe that my boxes missed its connecting vessel 6 times??? Come on I hope you are joking! I even referred you to my friend and her boxes are nowhere to be found too! Such a waist! Stop using this shipping company!!!

Bad Service, I have 3 boxes of packages with some bath products and chocolates, my package was delivered after 4 months. I don't recommend Atlas Shippers Delivery Express because my stuff was missing and takes too long to deliver. hard to contact their company, we couldn't track it. We bought those stuff with our own blood and sweat and it just went missing. so please don't be fooled the same as I was.

I always use Atlas as they are consistent and updated as far as deliveries door-to-door when I send boxes to family in Philippines. I used to use LBC but with the rumors of some boxes they open from port-- I figured to change shippers and sure enough their reliable. Is best to call the nearest store to inquire than their 1800 # so they can precisely give you what info you need.

I sent my box to Philippines visayas region, it was 30 to 60 days so horrible only 5 days waiting gonna be 60 days, and i cant even track my item . Try calling them, no one answered the phone ..

Very disappointing and frustrating!!! My box was picked up 8/20/2019. Made sure it was picked up early before the Christmas holiday season. Guess what? Estimated arrival in Manila is DECEMBER 23, 2019!!!! This is crazy!!! I will NEVER ship with this company again!!!

Been using to southern Philippines for 4 years never had a problem and always makes it there in one piece. The staff at passaic NJ always helpful ,only ever had a problem but it was Manila and port was overwhelmed.

The WORST shipper. VERY Unreliable. It is embarrasing that Seafoods and other Filipino stores promote them. Other balikbayan courier make it in less than two months or two months at least, ito more than 2 months nasa Manila pa rin, hindi pa nailu load papunta sa province. Last December before Chrostmas, hindi daw maka pagdock ang barko carrying the packages, a week bwfore that ganun din ang sabi ng nga kawawang customer service doon. Last 2017 Atlas Cargo was also featured in GMA na January na, andun pa rin ang mga packages. WORST FIRST Time Experience.

I sent 3 Macho boxes plus 1 Junior box and was picked up October 13, 2018... as my Christmas gifts for my family... guess what, the boxes are not delivered yet as of today, December 20, 2018... We have been calling and no one would pick up the phone, the internet tracking is not working! What is going on? I left several messages and my call was never returned and my family's numerous calls in Manila were not returned.

I guess we're luckier than most because my family has been using Atlas for decades and not once did we hit a major snag. The only time we had issues with them (which wasn't a big deal, really) was when the delivery was delayed a few weeks. Luckily, it was one of those times when it wasn't too urgent or pressing. Otherwise, we've never had issues with them. They come through for pick up within the time frame they promise and all our packages were delivered at the estimated time given. Their staff on the phone as well as pick-up peeps were always nice to us. Like I said: maybe we're just lucky. (I hope I didn't just jinx us!)
