Went to the Carson location yesterday because my brother needed a phone upgrade & he's on my plan. We were instantly greeted by Dexter, and he made the whole process more enjoyable just with his personality and conversation. Super cool guy, and I would definitely want him on my team. Carson, you scored a gem with Dexter. When it's my time for an upgrade, I'll definitely call to make sure I can make an appointment with him. Thank you for the great and timely service since my brother had to run off to work.

Needed help with my SIM card. The manager Dorian stepped right up to take care of my issue. He was also juggling another customer, as well as assisting his colleague.I watched him handle everything promptly, efficiently and with a great attitude.If Dorian is running the show, I know this place will take care of its customers. 5 stars!

My wife had a problem with her old SIM card in her new phone. It was giving her problems the past week. She came here to pick up a new card. An associate named Dexter assisted her. He was amazing!!!! Very courteous and knowledgeable about his job. He made her feel like she was the only one in the store. Kudos to the manager of this specific store. You scored by having Dexter on your team

I purchased 4 iPhones yesterday and Christopher was the BEST!!!! He was helpful friendly and made our transition to AT&T smooth. Even when we transferred the information from the 4 old to 4 new (which took quite a bit of time) he was still a great host! The manager was also great too! She was nice when we arrived. This was a pleasant experience. Go see Christopher or the manager (young lady) they're AWESOME!!!!

Manager Kris was extremely helpful, in one sitting he was able to figure out a solution to 3 of my problems, he and his team were very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were able to smoothly resolve the issues I had, and work around my needs to ensure I was satisfied with what I was getting.

Went in on September 13 at 4 pm to cancel my mothers line whom passed away august 8th, there the associate said he noted my bringing in the death certificate on the account and I have to call customer service back to have them cancel it. Customer service is refusing to acknowledge any of this and AT&T is refusing to cancel my mothers line EVEN with proof of death. ALSO that day and time was a shooting which I have proof of

Had a very pleasant smooth and professional visit at this At&t location. I had visited another location in signal hill that gave me the run around and didnt help me at allJuan was able to trouble shoot my faulty sim card and replace it on the spot he looked up my account and didnt give me the run around Very thankful I rely on my phone to keep in touch with my elderly parents I am their caretaker I was so thankful the other facility 1899 Willow in signal hill sent me to the apple store just for this simple fix Thank you for being so knowledgeable saved me time and money!!

I give one start because the system to let me give less , Careful with sale person JUAN and his MANAGER they plan around telling you they are looking for the best plan for you, but in the end you getting something you don't want. I ending with the worse experience after been a loyal customer from att and DIRECTV . Been Sure about the new plans att is offered you will be ending on nightmare.

One of the store crew took my trade in phone without putting it in the system and after waiting for months to get my trade in credits (bought a house in PV, got a new job, preparing for board exam) I got the monthly notice from ATT and just curiously check my bill and my 4th line is not getting trade in credits and went to the store immediately and they heard my complaint but no action was done. Extremely dissapointed at ATT, they should background check their employees. I got robbed in the store without me knowing it. Planning to go to VERIZON when the new iphone comes!!!

I went here to have my mom new phone activated. She is 76 years old so I try to do everything for her. I went here and a guy who wasn't too friendly assisted me. He first was rude and told me the phone I had was old, which didn't matter at all! That was uncalled for. I told him I wanted to turn the old phone off and activate the new phone. I explained my mom is elderly and he said he couldn't do it unless I was on the account too. I said can I call her, I hate to get her out (especially since it's Covid) and he said no! It was a simple task! I mean I could have face time my mom and she could have shown her ID, I mean ANYTHING to help with the situation. I mean really ATT you really don't care about elderly people and that we are still living in high numbers of Covid! But this store wanted my mom out to possible catch whatever in the air over a phone! I then came home and told my mom what happen. She went there and was told that her phone was ALREADY ACTIVATED! All she had to do was charge the phone! WHY IN TARNATION DIDN'T THE GUY I SPOKE TO TELL ME THAT!!!!! This guy had me send my mom who could barely drive there just to come back home and tell me she had to charge the phone. Clearly he didn't want to help me!
