The prices are ridiculously high. I asked for the price of the toothpaste the attendant said it's there when it clearly wasn't, after he scanned , it was $8... then i asked the attendant could I use the restroom, my room is next door but I didn't think i could make it. The attendant going to laugh and say no.

The only thing I don't like about this ampm store is that no one that works at this location says hi how are you to their customers, which tells me that employees that works here completely lack social skills, and that's a huge pet peeve of mine when I'm at a store or restaurant or any business in general, it makes customers like me feel awkward, not ok

Reema is horrible. She's rude, doesn't know what costumer service is. She didn't offer if I needed a bag I mean I only bought a bunch of things, but that wasn't the problem, I just asked for a bag and she got all huffy and started throwing my things in the bag, chips on the bottom drinks on the top... like if you're paying for the bags just say that...

On Halloween, I tried to make a lottery purchase around 2:30pm in the afternoon. Their machine for some reason malfunctioned, so the rude cashier dealing with me could only cash out my tickets and not accept any purchases for new tickets. I got my money, went to my car, and realized that one of the $20 bills he gave me was in REALLY poor condition. There was some type of food stuck to it, or some weird substance, so I go back in to get it exchanged for a new bill. Tell me why this fool had the nerve to start ARGUING with me, the customer, and REFUSING to exchange the bill because in his words, "it's just money"??? I DON'T GIVE A DAMN WHAT IT IS, I AM THE CUSTOMER, and I WAS NOT SATISFIED with that particular $20 bill! Exchange it for a proper bill! the cashier was not wearing a name tag but he's about 5'7 and is Hispanic and very slim. He started cursing at me and yelling at me when I asked for a manager. Then he called me names, and when he saw I was not leaving until I got my $20 exchanged, he got a new bill from a DIFFERENT customer at the other register who was in line, and gave it to me. So that other cashier had to deposit the original poor condition $20 bill anyway. So what was all the fuss about???? But before giving it to me he held it hostage and was still yelling and arguing with me as if to lecture ME, the customer. You guys need to TEACH YOUR ARCO EMPLOYEES to have CUSTOMER SERVICE skills and RESPECT. NO MATTER WHAT HIS OPINIONS ARE ON MONEY, IF A CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY GOT, HE SHOULD HAPPILY EXCHANGE IT OR SEE IF ANOTHER SOLUTION CAN BE FOUND. HELL, HE COULD HAVE EVEN JUST GIVEN ME TWO $10 BILLS. BECAUSE WHAT IF I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT A $20 AND WANTED TO BREAK IT ANYWAY???? IF HE DOES NOT LIKE HIS JOB, HE NEEDS TO QUIT.

Horrible costumer service. Was using the ampm app and I had a free product. The jalapeño cream cheese. The guy was charging a a concha and I wasn't able to get it free. I told him he need to charge it as the name it says on the bag. Then he kept on saying everything the same. So he was arguing back and I was explaining that it has to be the name to get it free. So horrible service. Didn't catch is name. But came in at 1:35 and he was on the right cashier.

I really liked the gas prices that I had found on my Gas Buddy application. That is why I had gone there. I got a car wash there but it left my car with a lot of spots!

Most of the Emplpyees here are lazy and rude, with the exception of one guy. I frequently visit this location since I'm from Carson. Most of the staff are busy using their phones while on duty and can't even flash a smile when dealing with customers. 1 out of 5 stars. Very poor customer service.

Be wary of using the restroom here, especially if you consider yourself gender neutral. Even though both restrooms are considered all-gender by state law, they still separate which bathroom is for women/employees and which one is for men in a small text below the sign. They refused to give me the key to the other restroom even though the other one was occupied just because I was not a woman or employee. This is a violation of state law, and they are risking a lawsuit.

I was buying nachos for 2.89 and they changed me .99 for cheese and if I wanted chili that wold of added another .99 cents. They are advertising nachos not chips for 2.89. Qué triste

Went in as usual going to get Red Bull's they're priced 3 for 7.50 but they gave me a b******* excuse about the computers and were going to charge me regular price for each can wtf hell no man honor your prices posted that's why you lose customers
