I went to this shop just to get a tire pressure sensor. They come back to me and say they can't replace the sensor unless I buy a brand new tire from them citing the tire was not in good condition. I told them that was my decision to make not theirs. I told them I would come back later and buy tires in about 90 days. But that wasn't good enough for them so I remembered when I came in years ago to fix a flat and they said the same crap to me but i had forgotten until this happened to me again. Stay far away from this place i have purchased tires for over 40 years and i know when I need to replace my tires. I even told them it was my weekend car and i knew i had at least another 10,000 miles on my tires. They try to use scare tactics and a sloppy sales pitch that won't work on an experienced driver. Bottom line go anywhere but here or be prepared to get ripped off from deceptive so called management !

I am pissed. I ordered my tires last week, 06/19/24. Got a good deal, I thought. Was excited to get my tires today, 06/26/2024. End up getting a call so they could tell me the Sent my tires to the wrong location and asked me to wait another week. I'm a patient guy, but I really needed these tires now. I have to scramble and look somewhere else. All the time wasted researching my tires and planning my switch out.

I went to today to have my Tesla tires check. Upon arrival the technician said I had a bump in the tire and tire would need to be replace ($521.00). When my husband asked to see the bump, the technician changed his story stated that the tire could not be fixed because of an alignment problem. I bought these tires new one years ago with a warranty. They lied about bump in the tire all to get me to buy a new tire. I will not be back!!

Carson team met and exceeded my expectations today! Alan and tech provided exceptional service. Not only did they demonstrate utmost professionalism in demeanor and appearance but also the knowledge base related to my tire issues. The "can do" and "positive" attitude made me feel at ease. With the online appointment my vehicle was readily available in forty-five minutes. Additionally, the tech who worked on my vehicle was very thorough on explaining the work performed and outcome. I've been a customer for 14 years and look forward to my next purchase at the Carson location. Thank you!

It was good experience with customer service and fast install. Price matched Costco tires. But less than a week of install, been having low pressure on the tires daily, where I have to keep putting air in my tires. Need to back to see what’s going on. Hopefully it’s a quick fix, but disappointed on having to drive outside Los Angeles since they don’t have any locations in the city.

I Love and I love their tire insurance policy. Great place to buy tires. Been coming to this place for the past 17 years. I've gotten 4 of my cars flat tire replaced for free. Love this place, love it love it love it.

I love Americas Tires… but I always seem to have problems with this one. This time I’m writing about it. The last time the wait was crazy and I felt like the employees had been really taking their time. This time I made it a point to book an appointment. I’m the first person in the parking lot at 7:45 am, they open at 8. At 7:50 a bunch of cars pull in and people start making a line. I get out of my car and get in line. I should be fine, I have an appointment. Nope. The open the doors early about 7:55am. In the time it took for the employee to do his run down of my car, all the bays had been filled. I was told 30 to 45 minutes. So I get in my car. As I’m pulling away I look down at the time. 8:01 am! Well I for sure can’t say the employees were taking their time, but they didn’t ask if anyone had an appointment. At least I’m not late to my other appointment.
