I've been coming to Alstate Tax Service since the 1980's, when the Colonel Greenwald was alive. I was a child back then; now I'm second generation to continue to get my taxes done here and my son is third generation. Knowledge, Integrity & Best Business Practices are what distinguish this tax service. When you visit, ask for Nila, she's my go to tax person.

This tax agency is top shelf and first class; especially with Dave Muckley's persona, professionalism, and positive approach to those who file. If you have a problem, Dave will take time to discuss it (short or long term) AND he will not give you the impression that it's a lost cause. Most of the staff is friendly, but Dave stands above the rest. The great thing is that he is a tried and tested "Enlisted Agent" (EA), one who is authorized to present the facts true to form when the IRS doesn't totally understand. Let's just face it; each Agency has it's "go-to-guy" and Dave is the man at Allstate Tax Service. Keep up the exceptional work.

I've been going to All State Tax Services since I was 21. They've helped me with everything from filling out my W-4 for jobs, to financial aid and student reimbursement. I've worked with multiple preparers in the office and they have all been cordial and helpful. Highly recommend their services.

This review is long overdue! We have been coming here for very many years. Lydia has always been absolutely exceptional with service and professionalism! Everyone else is also very nice and welcoming. I would 100% recommend Allstate Tax service to everyone!

My mother and I have had this Allstate complete our taxes for over a decade. NO MORE. I don't know what happened to Sonia and her team, but the new CEO Linda, and her team are NOT tax professionals. I submitted my forms this morning, after making contact last week; and received an email basically saying, in short, "[They] are not prepared to provide [tax consultant] support at this time." I don't know when they may be prepared to provide such support, but I would think tax season would be the prime season. (I guess I was wrong.) I was not given any referrals by Linda or her team, or any additional assistance, aside from a "Good luck with your taxes this year." Aside from this being a huge inconvenience (given that no one else has ever prepared my taxes, and we're a month out from April 15), I am disappointed that I've been so loyal to this branch for them only to dismiss me in such an unprofessional manner.

Allstate Tax did a really great job on my return this year, and saved me tons of time. I'm used to doing my own taxes, but this year I was too busy so I tried them out on a recommendation from a friend. Not only did they do it fast, they found deductions I had been missing for years. They helped me a mend past returns to get even more money back. Yay! I'll be coming back next year too.

I've been doing my taxes here for at least 5 years now and Dave Muckley has been my accountant! He gives great advice and will help you with any small business plans or legal advice. I feel Dave is a great accountant to work with as he is reliable, honest and trustworthy! He is also very thorough and takes the time to communicate/ explain all the details in the client's tax returns, etc. I feel he's just a solid individual who you'd want doing your taxes.
