I sent 4 boxes to bukidnon only 3 and a half made it I called to complain they just told me to email my my complaint and I haven't heard back from anybody this is gonna be my 3rd month since I sent my email.

Scheduler Tess was very helpful, honest, kind and knowledgeable of her task. Furthermore, Tess treated me, an elderly, with respect and dignity. Tess is indeed a valuable asset to the Alas Cargo organization.

I was very disappointed when my sister sent this photo. I worked hard to filled this box FULL so my family back home( Philippines) will enjoy and happy that I shared some blessings to the them But Everyone was surprised it was partially Full when they received the box. No signs of holes and damaged so it doesn't look obvious. My sister did not even bother to ask until the delivery guy left.The thieves was so wise and pickey and took some of the good ones and expensive stuffs. I send emails to this company including photos and receipts of the stuffs i bought. Still waiting for their actions.

Mga walang hiya ninakaw ang mga pinadala ko. Mga sapatos, sandals, at damit. Pati chocolates ninakaw din. Kung sino man yon sana sumakit ang tiyan niyo. Karma parating na sa inyo.

Terrible customer service today 5/25/21 West Covina branch. I was the only one in the line to send money. The customer lady before me told me that she will be the last transactions coz the guy is going for a break. I'm the only one in line and i live very far just to remit. Very Bad customer service. The guy is just there staring on me without saying anything. At Least have a courtesy to say something. Finally, he told me to come back after 45 minutes. What is 2 minutes to get my transactions coz i already have an account instead of asking me to come back in 45 mins? I just left and send my money though Xoom.com. Bad customer service. Unprofessional!!!

Zero star! I sent one box in November to mindanao and when it got delivered it was almost empty! Clothes, shoes & children's toys were stolen! Kung gusto ninyo iba makinabang ng mga ipapadala ninyo then use this company! I filed a claim and 3 weeks later they said they are still investigating. Always have excuses every time I call to follow up. What a shitty company!

If I could give zero rating to this cargo company i will. The guy who picked up my boxes his name is Jerry is very rude! If you have a personal problem don't bring that to work! And when I called the main office to complain, the lady who answered the phone seems not interested to listen .When I ask her name, she doesn't want to give it to me.I'm so disappointed! I'm not going to recommend and use this cargo company anymore!

Worst customer service i have ever encountered. Talked to a girl named Nina. After she admitted that my box was not able to be picked up because it was her fault not inputting to the driver’s itinerary, she had the nerve to drop my call and not answer when i called back.

My items were stolen several times using this cargo. I've been using this for so many years and everytime they delivered my box the items were not complete they were stolen by the thieves working in this company! Whosoever stole my chocolates and perfumes may all of you get covid and die!!!!

The son of the owner was the one that picked-up my three boxes. Pick-up charge was $85 for the jumbo box. Less $15 if you were to drop. But, my boxes were very heavy. It was safer for me to have them come to the house instead. Placing the appointment pick-up time was easy as well. The receptionist was very pleasant and easy to talk too. I was given a period of 9-12pm for pick-up time, and the driver was at the house in time, just a little past 10am. I am giving 5 stars due to the service that was rendered. But, I really can't finalize my reviews until my boxes make it safely to its final destination. I will give an update when it arrives.

Worst balikbayan box service! Use LBC instead. Worst communication between offices here in the US and in Manila. People telling different information about our box.

i sent the box to my family in manila received the box today i am very disappointed box was open missing items was stolen. I've never had a problem like this before. i am done using this place i will never recommend this place again

Apparently nobody works here because no one picks up the phone, i have two phone #s to call and NO ONE picks up the phone on a business hour. Ridiculous. I need to schedule a pick up and cant get a hold of anybody. Take your business somewhere else..

We live in DTLA and we previously checked with the closer Alas Cargo Vermont location but it looks like they do not have a pick up service. This review is for Alas Cargo in Carson (main). One of our friends lost a box a long time ago with Alas so we avoided them for a while. However, the current low rating does not reflect their current service and is quite unfair. Maybe the management changed but we have been using them for 2 years now to send boxes to the Philippines (Visayas area) and the service has been seamlessly efficient. From scheduling the pick up to the pick up and delivery - customer service was perfect! We sent boxes late February and our parents received it the 3rd week of April despite COVID 19 circumstances. It was quite a surprise. The boxes were received in good condition and we will be using Alas in future shipments!
