Palpak! Sent my boxes out in Aug 2024 and it’s now Nov 7. At first, tracking estimated it to arrive port Oct 15, then moved to Nov 10 and now moved to Nov 30. Will not be using this company again.

I called yesterday to schedule pick up for door to door box to Philippines.She said tomorrow between 10:30 am to 12noon.I asked the price ,she said they have Xmas promo jumbo box $75.00/box.Today,I was waiting to be called for pick up.I called,she said she was calling me last night,no answer.I told her I did not receive any call.She said,my phone number was left in the office.I asked again how much per box,she told me $85.00.I told her that yesterday you told me $75.00 for jumbo.See how they lie to their customers.Their statement is not consistent.You are damaging the dignity of your company.LIAR.

They stole all the chocolates inside the box at first but didn’t notice because they got them from the bottom of the box. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I thought my mom took all the chocolates and brought them home back to the Philippines. So I sent another 3 boxes but when the boxes came they ripped on the top and the other one was open on the bottom it is obvious that they stole again. I already complained since May they said they would pay me for the stolen items but until now I haven’t received anything from them or even an update, they ignored my complaint! I don’t have a problem with my agent here he in the USA he has good service. I don’t trust the company anymore! Please avoid this company!

Long time customer but lately the shipment took over 3 months to iloilo. Sitting in Cebu warehouse for over 15 days. Called the office. Not helpful at all. I’ll rather pay an extra $10 in another company but will take less than 3 months delivery. Very unhappy customer. Last year i sent and the package arrived almost a week before we fly back on our vacation. Gave another chance to send and even worst outcome . ???

We sent our boxes January 2024, went home in the Philippines on April 5,2024, we have not received our boxes up until today April 19,2024 which is our flight back to US. Tried to call and call kept giving us dates of delivery but we have not received our boxes still. Will not be using this again. Customer service sucks too. Don’t use this cargo shipping company!

I'm so disappointed this company my box picked up dec.28 until now March 20 isn't recieve to my family in Philippines I'm concerned about my stuff it's for my mother needs.

Really slow, no tracking for us to watch. We shipped two boxes in November, the week before Thanksgiving. Family in Philippines found it should have been delivered more than a week ago. Where is it now?

They are ok,the guy who always pick up my box (Ray)his the best and also the delivery guys in the Philippines were great but the only complaint I have is, it take so long to be able to track my box like I send my box on November 3rd and now it’s December 16 and I still can’t track my box.Hopefully they will figure it out to make it easy for their customer!

No good numbers to contact , My box was picked up August 9 until now recipient haven't received yet. I WROTE this 4 weeks ago and until now Dec9 My mom haven't received yet they said they called but there's no missed call recorded

First and Last time that I will use 4A's cargo. I shipped my package to Manila in July and up to now middle of September the box hasn't been delivered to my family. Their tracker said my box will be released in October. That is almost 3 months!!!Terrible service!

literally just on the freeway and seeing what other trucks driving erratically in and out of traffic at a high speed cutting people off on the 110. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

From DFW the loading date goes slowly from the time it picks up from point of origin. The boxes going to Northern Mindanao goes 4months at most or more. The agent in DFW is not quick to respond as to specific loading dates expected. The box then goes to California then to Cebu. A lot of times it is stuck at the warehouse before it it loaded into the van in order to be dispatched to California. Therefore the waiting time is very long. I do not recommend it to my friends anymore after 2yrs using it.If boxes are going to Manila or Luzon, waiting time may be 2months before it arrives to final destination .

Unprofessional and unreliable service. They have no communication with the people who pick up the packages. 3rd time delay on shipment. Don't rely on there tracking system it will frequently.
