Really slow, no tracking for us to watch. We shipped two boxes in November, the week before Thanksgiving. Family in Philippines found it should have been delivered more than a week ago. Where is it now?

I have no problem sending my boxes for a long time now. I know there has been delay shipping boxes due to pandemic and port crisis. Shipping takes 3-4 months to Philippines. Very good people and reliable to send boxes.
