So convenient to have this in our small town. They have office supplies mailing supplies and can do pretty much anything you need in terms of scanning, faxing, mailing, packing, printing, and they can even make keys.

This is in response to the store's comment. The FACT is I received a phone call from UPS and Amazon on 2/6/2023 that my package was delivered to the Carpinteria UPS Store. In addition, I received an email notification from UPS on the same day stating the same thing. When I went to the store to pick up my package, the clerk was DISMISSIVE and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. No explanation of what could've happened to my package and instead helped the next person. You provided a detailed explanation of what could've happened to my package on this review but you didn't have time to explain this to me on that day?

DO NOT use UPS Store for copy purposes! I was in a pinch and had to use these guys instead of my local shop. They actually charge 3X more per black and white double sided copy than my normal copy shop does! I don't mind paying a little bit more but more but 3X MORE!?? And they charge you $3 just to take a USB drive and plug it into their computer. $3!! I'm embarrassed that I paid that much for black-and-white copies. Never again!

They were very helpful they went above and beyond to help me get doc's that were hard to download and print done and printed even thought they were closing and they were friendly, nice, and patient .

They charged me $5 for a small padded envelope??! These sell for less than 50 cents elsewhere...and for $1.50 at the post office. That's a 1000% markup from other locations??

I have been to this store several times to ship packages for work. My order is sometimes complicated, but the staff here does an excellent job. I wanted to give Matthew a big shout for being incredible patient, friendly, and for handling my order efficiently. Thanks, Matthew!

The UPS store owner Moses and his staff have gotten me through my graduate degree and my teaching certification. I have copied, emailed, faxed, returned purchases, mailed out packages, used their computers, purchased boxes, taken passport photos, and shopped for cards. They make it easy for me to do my work. It is convenient and welcoming. Each time I frequent this UPS store I know I will get exceptional service, even if I have to wait for a moment. I keep coming back. Thank you for being a great store in the community.

Worst UPS location ever!!! This specific location is heavy on fees. They don't let anything go, that includes tape. A charge for tape seemed odd to me but I didn't complain, I just paid it. I mean after all they are using material. But when they charged me for emailing them, yes you read that right. Not for the printing that's a separate fee, again that fee is understandable, they're using material. But they actually have the audacity to charge a fee because you emailed them! When I brought it up they just called it a convenience fee and told me I could call UPS to complain. I'm onboard with a fee for printing. After all Ink is expensive. I was baffled by a fee for the tape, but okay. That's one is just odd, but whatever. But are you kidding, a fee for emailing them? So I was charged to email them, then charged for the printing fee and finally charged for the tape. What's next, a cover charge to enter? Or a fee because you spoke to them? A fee because you emailed them is just ridiculously. I'm sorry did you want to be paid because you moved the mouse and clicked print? They had some non family member working here a few months ago but they probably fired him because charging a fee for taping or emailing them just didn't cross his mind..... don't forget to charge the people using the computers for the electricity and maybe you can charge for wear and tear fee. O don't forget people step on your carpet, charge them a cleaning fee. If they could charge for the air your breath inside they probably would.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered at a ups store. Was charges $2.00 to tape a small box, 1 strip of tape, the Hispanic girl at the counter was rude and lacked any customers service skills. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
