Pharmacy is the worst EVER. Bad attitude. Things not ready when they say they are. The entire store sucks in general. Avoid this store. Where is Rite Aid????

Worst CVS experience ever on my home turf. Ridiculousness and disability discrimination, never have I been told a paid completed confirmed and text to pick up online order with such true difficulty.
The manager argued with me for what felt like five solid minutes after ignoring me for 3, only then to be told no no no to be called ma’am like it was a weaponized word, and that cvs gets no orders right ever ever and that all I was saying about “it usually works fine for me prior and I pick up a lot” my life exp to the opposite was fully wrong.
Not a very good rep of a company!!! Then he finally realized I did not say photo order, and finds the bag right as I said it should be. He then walks immediately away to leave a young checker to mark it picked up and she had to bear the brunt of his bad energy leftovers with me.
Worse ever CVS customer service on his part. Made the entire trip a PTSD episode, and as I had a service dog it appears as mega ADA law discrimination, if you care about others, try frequenting another local store as this one is not being run correctly at all.
I usually enjoy to pick up orders bi weekly in a big city and could more easily excuse it in Phoenix but it’s still not ok at all, Santa Barbara we aren’t supposed to be this afraid of others or rude to the disabled, was not where this should have occurred, and the fully unexpected nature added to my permanent distress now over how to prevent this ever again, ir will be on my mind and in my heart ever single time i go again, I’ve boycotted Whole Foods for 9 years after a worse incident and I’d prefer to still use cvs, so recourse is low. Do not recommend this store;

Pharmacy, old lady have very bad attitude, I will be change to Albertsons soon! Pharmacist aslo last time I ask about alcohol pads and he say the insurance don’t pay alcohol pads, I think you can pay that! Yes I can pay am only ask because in rite aid I fill all the things that I need and the insurance pay for all

Typical CVS - an American pharmacy and retail store. Standard selection of products - many cosmetics, many medical and health-related products. Small selection of snack foods as well as drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Seasonal items appropriate for the beach. Photo-processing and printing. Pharmacy with routine vaccination services.

This store has the worst pharmacy. They are extremely slow. Long lines. Employees just chatting in the back. The employees are also very rude not friendly at all.

Do yourselves a favor and avoid this Pharmacy at all costs. Switch to Savon inside the Albertsons store as I did. This pharmacy has banking hours, opens late, short staffed, poor managed and there is always a long line. Perhaps management wants to save money and will not hire more staff, or the staff does not care to provide prompt service. This was the pharmacy to go back then, but now it hit rock bottom.

Pharmacists at this location come and go quickly. However, I've yet to have one that is not rude. The staff that works back there are abrupt, hold full conversations with each other while waiting on a customer, etc. I had switched all of my needs to the Rite Aid in Carp, but sadly, they went out of business, and I find myself back with the latest team of rude employees at the CVS Pharmacy.

The store manager took my son out when I went shopping for no reason my son was just talking and the nosy guy is supposed to be in a state where we can talk what we want and who cares about being nosy listening to what they talk leave things and I left and I will not return because in fact we are going to buy and pay for things and the nosy

The service at the pharmacy is deplorable. They don’t fill your prescriptions on time, if you call, they are rude. You always have to wait in a long line. I’ve never seen such a poorly run CVS.

Worst pharmacy ever, long lines never answer phone. So happy I moved so I don't have to deal with this dumpster fire anymore.

The line for the pharmacy to pick up medicine is so slow that I had to wait approximately 35 minutes or more. Very disappointing!
