Don’t shop here! And especially don’t shop here if you’re buying a gift. They don’t so exchanges, even with tags on, so if you get the wrong size, you had better have your receipt. We got a shirt as a gift that was the wrong size, and are stuck with it. There are tons of cute shops in downtown Carp, go anywhere else!

I purchased a shirt for my husband from this shop in a size large (he is not a big guy and generally wears a medium) but this shirt was way too small. I returned the next day to exchange and the woman would not do it without a receipt. I offered to have her look up my credit card and asked if there was anything we could do because we were driving back to our home state that day. The woman had a smug smile the entire time and would not help us under any circumstance. We spent a significant amount of money in this store and my family that lives in the area visits often on their yearly trip to Carp. They will no longer receive our business or business of those we travel with. Customer service and kindness go a long way and this shop could learn a lesson in both.

I stumbled into this store while looking for a Carpinteria sticker. Not only did I find the sticker I was looking for, but they had so many other cute items! I was pleasantly surprised by the mix of items they offered - men's, women's, kids, and miscellaneous gifts. I liked it so much that I returned later that same day to buy a few more things I didn't buy the first time. The lady working at the time was very helpful both times. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Two days ago I bought a shirt for my son but it was too small so I brought it back and they wouldn't exchange it for a larger size without a receipt. The shirt had not been worn and it was in the original bag and I have the same credit card that I used. I've had a retail business for 27 years and I would never treat a customer this way. Buyer Beware at this store. My family, who lives in Carp, and I will never shop here again.

Why would they deserve even 1 star I do not knowThe most horrible experience in a clothing store so farBad management and an uninformed staff please avoid. they took my money and promised they would exchange a shirt I bought for my dad on his birthday .. they called me once to let me know they will exchange it .. drove 3 times so far , called more than 5 times no one seemed to care to follow up .. avoid avoid avoid this place please .. they are not honest and do not really care about customers and they do not even have customer service to begin with to fix anything . I paid $106 and no one did anything to reach out to me after so many voice messages I left .. what a shame
