I love it here. Lots of space to enjoy looking at the art which is always great. Live music events in the summer months. Well designed place. I felt welcomed there. Not to snobbish. Carp is an upscale beach town and locals are very proud of the place. It is one of my favorite places . . Art Center offers a variety of classes for children and adults. I'm an artist and a teacher so I'm really appreciate this center.

Great place and strong advocate for local artists. The monthly arts and crafts faire is great place to get one of a kind gifts for love ones.

Me and my children were unfairly and unjustly discriminated against, and then threatened with force, in particular by a board member when we politely tried to enroll in a small, weekend class. I am disgusted that an art center that promises the arts to the community has taken this approach against a family with honest, good intentions. I am rather shocked by the abusive and judgmental demeanor towards a community family. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Disgusting!

I just love this gallery. It is in the heart of downtown Carpinteria and the lovely courtyard has some fantastic events but the gallery itself is just lovely. The natural light shows off the local artists art and the friendly volunteers are always helpful and knowledgeable. It’s just got a great aura. A MUST if you’re in the neighborhood. You just may fall in love with a piece of art!
