I have had major repairs as well as routine maintenance done at Wrench Rat. Always got a good job at a fair price. Mechanics know what they are doing. Never felt I was getting gouged at all. Highly recommend!

I've been going to rent trap for for a while, but recently, it was under new ownership and I've got to say that I am still impressed with the jobs that they do. They fixed my 2002 Honda Odyssey and it drives like new now and it wasn't very expensive at all. I would recommend this business to anybody they do fabulous work in a great amount of time, and they have excellent customer service.

My 2013 Camaro SS was making the squeaky noises anytime i applied the brakes and i knew it was time to replace them. My co worker recommended Wrench Rat as she said she was treated kindly, and her car was fixed quickly and efficiently. I gave them a call and took my car in. I was helped by a young man, i believe he was the owner, and he explained everything my car needed to run smoothly again and quoted me a fair price. Before i knew it, the squeaking noise was gone, my wheels were aligned and its been smooth sailing since. Thanks Wrench Rat!

I was a long time customer, untill customer service went down hill after the shop sold to new owner..... money taken and lesson learned. looking for a reliable shop like wrench rat used to be.

A friend recommended me to Wrench Rat a little over a year ago for an oil change; and I’ve been going there every since, not only for oil changes, but for any and all issues my vehicle might have that they can fix. For me, making them a first choice is major; because it’s rare for me to have such a high level of confidence or trust in anyone’s work.When speaking with the mechanics, you can tell they have a sincere concern for resolving your issues and putting forth the best effort possible to do so. Of course, every business is about making money; but they have a GENUINE interest in making great, quality service a priority.I’ve gone to other vehicle repair establishments in the past where I was treated as just a number, or even an annoyance; but not once have I gotten that impression there. The receptionist, usually Brittany, has always been friendly, cheerful, respectful, and even informative in certain situations.Josh and his team have always done an amazing job and the phrase “going above and beyond” doesn’t even vaguely describe the work that they do there!I wish it were possible to give them a higher rating; by far its one the best repair shops I’ve ever been to.

I've been going to Wrench Rat for oil changes for the last couple of years and I can honestly say that it's the best place in Carmichael to get your car serviced. They are quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. And the best part is that they genuinely care for their customers. I have to give a big shout out to Ron and his team at Wrench Rat! Amazing service! They got my Toyota Rav4 back on the road fast! They worked with my warranty and had easy convenient financing! I highly recommend them and will be bringing all my cars to them. Great people!

This is literally the only shop I can trust now I've been played by other shops and had doubts to trust another shop again they have always been so nice, helpful and always taken care of my oil change quickly thank you guys so much if you ever need a shop wrench rat will take good care of you foreal..thank you guys so much?

Ron is honest generous with his time and knowledge!! I asked him about his professional opinion regarding my problems and was very generous to explain in detail.His prices are very fair. If you want to shop around definitely give Ron a call 1st.

They are so Awesome! I was quoted $135.00 for the diagnostic. I left my truck with them, they drove it around and checked it out. They didn't didn't find anything wrong with my A/C and didn't charge for the fee!Service: Auto A/C recharge

The control arms of my Volkswagen beetle needed replaced. They got it done in about two hours. Wrench rat has one of the nicest crews around. They were also the most affordable for the repair. I am a lifetime customer of theirs from now on!! Can't recommend this place enough!
