Ever since the new pharmacist took over the pharmacy has been lacking. Every time I go to pick up my prescriptions I have to wait. It does not matter if I call it in and pick it up the next day or two days latter, I still have to wait. The reason people call ahead is that they just want to pick it up and go! Many times I have to wait in line (they cannot help that) but then then having to wait another 10 - 15 min on top of that WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY IN THE FIRST PLACE is poor customer service. Looking for another pharmacy....

Pharmacist was incredibly nice and helpful! Shelves were stocked but not enough to take advantage of the deals (buy so many of the same to get a certain price). Understandable though. Associates were present although no one on the sales floor approached me or asked if I needed help. But overall good experience.

An awful pharmacy. I have issues almost every time I need to get my prescription. It's either they won't let me pick it up until the morning I am out, then won't have it filled until the end of the afternoon. It's so rude and dehumanizing to call and try to get help with something they hang the phone up before you're even realized the conversation might be over. I am so disappointed I live next to this pharmacy and have to drive further to a decent one. So frustrating every time I need to get something filled. Every time I call, I get a different answer about every question I have. Some staff are nice. Some are assholes. It's like playing the lottery to get my meds. So awful

The ABSOLUTE WORST pharmacy I have EVER been to. I was forced to have my prescriptions sent there after my local wonderful pharmacy was literally driven through. I have gotten my prescriptions refilled twice. Both times the pharmacist and/or assistant were rude and lacked any empathy or human kindness at all. Called my latest refill in five days ago. No notifications that it was ready. Called to check in it and the rude pharmacist or associate answered the phone and was so rude I transferred my prescriptions to another location. Stay away. They don't give a crap about their job or their customers. Shame on you Rite Aid for letting them continue to treat customers like this.

The store itself is ok, but the pharmacy is a nightmare. The pharmacist is always very rude. Patients are treated like garbage. Free advice: go literally anywhere else.

Very well stocked, clean and professional friendly service! Have resisted shopping here in the past but came here as it was en route to my destination and was very pleased with the new "look" and atmosphere in this Rite Aid! Will make this my Rite aid stop for sure in the future!

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Several occasions we have received the text that it would be ready, only to arrive and have to wait 40 minutes because it wasn't. They have forgotten to fill my prescription on three occasions. I have been told "it will be 20 minutes" only for it to be 1.5 hours and repeatedly told "just a few more minutes." Honestly give accurate ETA's and avoid all these issues. The people at the front are great, but not worth it with how abysmal communication and customer service is at the pharmacy.

I moved across town and unfortunately had to start getting my prescriptions from this location. Why is it that every time my Dr sends a prescription in the morning, it's not ready when I get there after 5pm?!! Why do I still have to wait?! The petite, older Asian lady cannot understand or communicate English very well. I end up giving up when trying to ask her about anything, even tho it's important. The pharmacist seems to hate his job. When he has to do a consult, he says "anything you need to know?"...um idk, you tell me...aren't you supposed to be educating me regarding a NEW rx, I've been prescribed?? And Sam, young man, I don't know if you're high or this is like one of your many jobs but wake up sir... you have to actually speak to the customer when helping them not just stare at them & let them talk to themselves. I think I might just switch to a different company all together

Hey Pam, why would I want to contact you? Because of your generic reply? Today I called in a rx in the morning and they said it would be ready by 3:30. I come in at 6 pm to get it and I'm told it won't be ready until 7 p.m.

I was in severe mouth pain after I left the ER with the roots hanging out of my gums and teeth and the pharmacy was about to close. My husband ran in as they where closing and and they filled my pain meds for me even though they needed to close and wanted to go home! They are the best and I am so appreciative of them for doing that for me because I was in sever pain. Thank you!!!!

I've been going to this Riteaid for over 20 years since I live just down the street from this place. Unfortunately about 8 months ago, I had a racist experience with the assistant manager of this Riteaid. I sadly don't remember his name but he was really rude and racist when I had asked him to help me find a particular chapstick I was looking for. This fat rude 40 year old white racist man had just helped a white woman customer and asked if she needed anything but when I had asked him to help me find my chapstick, all I got back was a rude response treating me like I was stupid and a inconvenience for him. I had just asked him what aisle the chapstick was on and if he could show me. The way he talked down to me was belittling and condescending and it made me feel like s**** I confronted the racist b****** that I may look young but that I am 25 and didn't deserve to be treated like I was inferior. The rude fat assistant manager didn't apologize and got defensive saying he wasn't being rude and just made excuses for his bad behavior behavior. I asked to speak to the manna her, he told me he was the manager. Luckily I knew a few employees at this store who know me and have seen me as the long time customer I am and recognized me and we chatted and they told me that the rude dick I talked to wasn't actually the head manager but the assistant manager. A few of the employees are nice and I appreciated them. One employee I know is the the tall black older man who knows me as a regular and the other employee guy I know is Mexican I believe and they are both really nice cool employees! They both told me e the assistant manager wasn't in but they gave me the names of everyone I talked too but told me I needed to come a different day to speak to the head manager of this Riteaid who unfortunately wasn't there that day I was there. I appreciated the two nice employees that helper me and paid for my stuff and left. 20 minutes later I came back to check the price on a few items since I thought I might of gotten overcharged for the wrong item. As I was talking to one of the nice male employees I was cool with, the rude fat racist male assistant manager who was rude and racist earlier to me, walks past me and goes up to the register to start s*** talking about me to his dick white friend employee with a beats and this guy is about the assistant managers age (I forgot this guys name). I happened to hear them talking about me and I start yelling and getting into it with the fat assistant manager who is now walking out the door after talking to his 40 year old dick employee friend. After the racist white dick assistant manager leaves, I end up still arguing with the other rude racist white bearded man employee whose in his late 40's as well and he is a rude condescending a****** and dick. I found out the old geezer hadn't even gone too college and gotten a education but instead works at Riteaid since he failed at everything else in his life. We were both getting into it, him and I did the racist dick pretended he didn't know what was going on and I ended up catching him in a lie when he thought he could outsmart me and make me feel stupid. This bearded idiot giyvaas d*** and racist and was a terrible liar, I pointed out that he lied and was full of s*** and he had nothing else to say back to me because he knew he didn't have anything to use against me. Long story straight, he yelled at me to get out of his store. I didn't leave so the racist dick called security on me to get me to leave the store. Two security guys came and they were really nice guys and listened to my side of the story and asked me to leave nicely and I did. I had no problem leaving and listening too the security guys and they were shocked to see that the call had been for me. I just wasn't going to listen to Mr. bonehead the racist dick bearded white guy employee tell me what to do. I was pissed and annoyed the racist white employee supremacist

When I went up to the cash register at 9:50 the gal that was at check out was on her phone the entire time. She rung me up then looked back down at her phone and kept texting. Then I asked her if I could use the restroom after all I did just purchase some feminine products for on them and the gal at the register told me I could use the restroom after the bathrooms were cleaned. Once the gentlemen came out of the restroom he informed me that although I purchased feminine hygiene from them I can not use the restroom because the floor is wet I informed him that there should be a wet floor sign and as long as he is not in the restroom I should legally because I am a customer be able to use it and he informed me that after the bathrooms are cleaned no one can use it for 30 minutes and that this is a COMPANY WIDE TRAINING Rite Aid has set in place for all their customers which is obviously a complete lie. You can deny your customer especially after buying feminine products the right to use your restroom. Horrible customer service and what a nice way of saying hey I'm too lazy to re mop after you use the restroom so I'm just not going to allow you access. The staff reflects poorly on management here.

Great customer service here with the staff. And the store manager is exceptional and always checks on his customers. A lot better customer service than I receive in Gold River, where I live about 2 blocks away from that Rite Aid. Definitely worth the drive!

The pharmacy has always been great with no issues whatsoever-you don't usually get this type of service. I utilized several pharmacies and drive further to get the customer service that I wanted. Great staff!

Usually I wouldn't feel the need to post something like this except the fact it was totally rude and uncalled for I had a prescription called in for me at the pharmacy and I'm dressed in sweat pants and sweatshirt cause I've been sick the past three days and that's why I needed my medication the pharmacist was a older guy who basically looked at me like I was a junky and made it sound like I couldn't afford my medication which is a antibiotic Fwi so not even like it was some strong painkillers or something. It is extremely rude to do that to someone customer service was terrible
