Such a sad time we live in that wells fargo needs to steal. I have a bobs discount furniture account, and have automatic payments, and they take my payment... then charge me again same day for $35 in interested, $40 for a laye fee, when it's literally on autopay.

Service is impersonal and this place is always super understaffed even on Fridays. I'd domy recommend this branch at all. Although the Gold River branch is slightly better

Here is my experience. As a business owner and a long customer of Wells Fargo today I had the worst experience. I went to deposit a check in the amount of $15,645.88 into my business account and the teller named Ivan was inexperienced employee so he called a tall white lady to help him and the lady was very unprofessional and rude. She insulted me and discriminated me stating ‘that the check could been altered’ then she told me we can not deposit this check because this check belongs to a business Ta***** then I told her I am the owner of this business then she said my bad and her face was red. I am unhappy with the improper questions and I have received an unprofessional customer service based on skin color/nationality and unfair treatment.

I read tand I'm surprised - everyone has their own experience, for example, on Aburn / Madison, usually I stand in line for 15 minutes longer, and here faster - the cashiers are faster and more pleasant. Maybe the people who wrote bad about this office are promoting their own. And on Elkhorn, - І barely asked for a favor that took them than an hour to solve. What I like most here, on Manzanite, is the pleasant fast professionalism, no longer than 2-5 minutes of waiting, even though I don't even know English. Nowhere was I so good.

Just walked out of this place. Three bankers in the building, two of them standing together talking, one at a desk by themselves and I'm told nobody can help me? I'm not asked to wait a few minutes or make an appointment. I'm told to call. So what am I banking with you for?? Looking for a new bank now.

I never leave reviews but this branch gives Wells Fargo a bad name. I have had an account with Them for years. I brought my two adult children in yesterday we planned on opening 3 accounts between us. We were never even acknowledged when we walked in. There was no sign in sheet either. We sat down while the only account manager was with other people. We waited 30 mins (again with zero acknowledgement from anyone) those people left and the bald man still ignored us for 20 more mins until we finally left. I will never come back to this branch and we are opening the other accounts at a different bank all together because this is their closest branch. Terrible customer service!!
