I always take my watches here to get battery replacements. For three nice watches, the total was $24 and the batteries were replaced quickly while I waited. Because this shop is near my job and I wasn't working that day, I first went to a jewelry shop near my home and they wanted to charge me $56 to replace the three watch batteries. Instead, I took the watches to Frank's and saved $32. Plus, customer service is always great!!

Excellent service! I came in to get a new sterling silver chain for my existing pendent and for a watch battery. Frank was very patient while I decided what chain to get (I am very indecisive) and he was able to fix both on the spot for a great price. I even went home and realized my necklace was too short (my own fault, I had insisted I wanted it really short) but Frank is very accommodating and will be lengthening the chain a bit. Highly recommend this shop!

I stopped in with my Aunt to have a battery rep Ed in her watch. Service was efficient and friendly for a great BBQ price!
