Terrible Walmart terrible management terrible customer service disrespectful, inconsiderate and much more
After waiting for more than 45 minutes to return a tire which I was told can be returned at this Walmart suddenly I can’t return it any longer and after explaining to the worker that I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes he said he doesn’t care and his management won’t accept the tire at this location
Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of management or worker,

Store personnel were all very helpful! This makes up for any other lack of products or inconveniences otherwise ( which of course you did not have this issues)! (3) ???!??!

My neighborhood Walmart is the best. It's clean and everything is in its place. Easy to find any product. Thank you employees for working so hard to keep my Walmart a great place to shop

Went to check out at the self checkout, 6 employees standing in the way and everyone had to walk around them in a single line. Ridiculous.

MANY of associates at this Walmart are VERY unprofessional and rude. NEVER come to this one. The associates in the front stared at me like I had stupid written on my face all while the light above my checkstand was blinking red as I was needing an associate to come to my self check out lane to clear an item I scanned twice. The greeter/receipt checker, who by the way, was the ONLY pleasant, professional, and courteous associate I interacted with during my visit, attempted to flag any one of the THREE associates standing in the front to come and assist me. He said loud and clear, "This lady needs help can someone come and help her.". They ALL looked dead at me, rolled their eyes, then proceeded to continue talking to each other as if I didn't exist. The associate who was directing people as to which lane to head to, then agreed to help me after seeing her coworkers CLEARLY ignore me in a very COLD manner. I was so floored by then, I put the items down I WAS going to purchase, and then proceeded to say, "Matter fact, you all keep that!", referring to the items while I then exited the location. When I told my friend of what happened at that location, she informed me that she had a very similar experience where associates where rude for no apparent reason outside of being evil and clearly hate-filled and she has never shopped at that location since. Neither will I. I instantly headed to MY location I normally go to where ALLLLL the associates are pleasant, friendly and beyond helpful, located on Sunrise Blvd in the Bircage Market Plaza adjacent Barnes&Nobles off Greenback. I do have to give ABSOLUTE kiddos and thanks to the young man with long hair who was greeting and checking receipts. He was friendly and helpful and tried to get his coworkers to do their job, but their evil attitudes prevented that.Kiddos, young man. Your light shines bright. I would suggest Walmart let those employees go as they are a liability and are CLEARLY costing Walmart customers, which translates to branch sales and bonuses. Walmart, do better in selecting and keeping employees. Select more employees like the greeter.

They don't never have my salad and one of the workers cancel my order I asked one of the other workers to wash my car I had to go into my truck to get my card and the lady said okay and I come back in not even 2 seconds later and one of the other workers is canceling the stuff I just paid for so then she was talking and made it look like I was stealing and now I catch you every time I'm in the store watching me

i really enjoyed going to this Walmart given how close by i live, but i really hate smelling bad B/O don't get me wrong it's perfectly natural but if you're an employee representing a store it really makes it look bad for all employees working hard. like this one individual working at this walmart in particular which i thought to be a man but had a female name tag which said rebecca, just absolutely reeked of such bad B/O i had to physically refrain myself from gagging infront of them as to not be rude and get a lesson in how many genders there are. i honestly dont ever want to smell that when shopping for groceries and lose my appetite again. there are much nicer places like target or cheaper like WinCo's where the workers dont seem to skip on daily hygiene or the work they're entitled to. very uncomfortable and disgusting 1/10

Doesnt matter what time i go to customer service to return a $25 item it is closed. I call and no one answers I asked for the manager and he said he didnt know when it would be open he would have to look at the schedule but hes busy so call and ask but the phone just rings and rings. Im furious ive made 4 trips on different days at different times and its closed.. I want my money walmart and then i will never go back in that store i promise you that. . You promise no fuss returns. Liars. And you need to charge your handicapp carts so they are useable and get
someone to collect carts cause there wasnt any.Crooks and Liars. Im told they had to cut hours because they lost $ from people stealing so now Walmart steals from me. No customer service but 2 employees just standing there watching me ring up my own groceries Id give no stars if possible. Satisfaction guaranteed ? Liars ! I give this STORE A BIG FAT HELL NO !
