Self service drop box is always jammed unable to open. I pay for postage and unable to ship the box because this. Happens 80% of the time and no one answers the call for assistance button.

The supervisor here just refuses to speak to customers. There were two of us waiting for her to come speak to us and she just refused to come out the back. Just refused! She didn’t even know what we needed or wanted. It’s crazy a supervisor is able to do that with no fear of being fired or getting in trouble.

My mail carrier is deathly Afraid of dogs off all sizes. I am 70 year old and need the help from a wheel chair or cane. To walk.. I do not have a dog. BUT the next door neighbor does have a large breed dog. And the post office stopped delivering to his house. Unsure what happened. And the carrier is doing everything she can not to deliver to my house..... if my garage door is open or the screen door is open front door closed or if myself or anyone else is on my property she will not deliver my mail. She tells her boss. It was a safety hazard and say she THOUGHT SHE SAW A DOG AND GITS AWAY WITH IT. I HAVE TRYED TALKING TO THE MANGER.. NO HELP. I AM AT MY WIT'S END IN WHAT TO DO. ??!!??

I went to drop off my package, and the lady there was a little rude with me. After I dropped it off, I waited a little but to see how she would treat my package and I think she dropped my package on the floor, on purpose... I was shipping a device that was quite expensive to a friend. I'll wait and see I guess...
Update: Knobs damaged, plastic bezels broke. Likely in the first 5 minutes of being handed of to the post office.
Instead if this location, I highly recommend you go to Kohler Rd. USPS location. The people there are actually competent, and take good care of the package. They're also considerably faster.

The USPS office pleasantly surprised me. All the staff we met there were friendly and ready to help. I can't understand why there are so many negative reviews. Every time I applied, everything went smoothly and without any problems. A cozy office, pleasant staff and excellent service create a positive impression. I'm sure this is a great place to resolve postal issues.

I'll give zero start because they stole my 2 packages ? because I handed them but couldn't reach out to the rečeivers ever! No help to find out, no refunded. The worst service ever

Absolutely disgusting rude woman named Liz, and Mike who will steal your packages, are the ones to look out for. Never ship with Mike, I did, it never left the post office. I spoke with a supervisor one time, who took my information and was supposed to call me. He did not, but I understand. So about a week later I went in and was avoided by a supervisor after asking to speak with one. He left after I was waiting to speak with him. Uninterested, and unconcerned I assume. Today I went back, and by far the rudest employee yet, Liz, was also completely unhelpful. I will go back every day until I get an answer, or reimbursement for the lost package.Unfortunately it's Government, so we all know it will work out in their best favor, regardless of what is right.Never had an issue my whole life with the post office , UNTIL I started going to this location. Deplorable people, deplorable ethics. The only decent person I've spoken with was the first supervisor, that I unfortunately didn't get his name, but he did act concerned and listened to me, but maybe that was just a tactic, based on how the rest of the company operates.

PLS BE CAREFUL & BE AWARE: I was expecting a package in my PO Box and was given to some random person without verification at post office window. I CAN NOT FILE A CLAIM THRU UPS WHICH DELIVERED TO USPS & I CAN NOT EVEN FILE A CLAIM TO USPS BECAUSE MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A CLAIM. I am not renewing my PO Box.
