“After my accident my insurance told me that I would be getting towed by Q's Towing. None other than Qis "Q" himself would be picking me up. He allowed me to ride with him from Davis to Fairfield. Super friendly and we actually had a lot in common. Great conversation during the whole ride and even affected to stop at a gas station if I needed/wanted anything. He even had a bottle of water next to the passenger seat. Upon arrival to my house he advised me where I should leave my car until morning when another tow service towed my car to the shop appointed by my insurance. If you ever need a tow in the Sacramento are give them a call or request them to your insurance as they work with several.”

“My car broke down and needed towing. It was close to midnight I was calling around to towing and people were telling me $250-340 because it was so late and these were their night rates. They all told me If I wanted lower/better rate I would have to wait till the morning.I called Good ol brother towing & not only did they give me the best rate; once I told them my situation they actually lowered it even more to $175 to help me out and didn’t make me wait till morning . They came within 10 mins and got my car back home safely. My family is very appreciative. Thank you !!”
“Wow where do I begin. Art blew me away with how fantastic he made my crashed car look. I mean ladies check this car out. Not only did he wash and shine it for me but I have a new hood and bumper too! My car was crashed really badly and now it looks so pretty and beautiful. Art really fixed my car and it drives straight now. He aligned it as well as putting all the details that matter such as the hybrid signs etc. Stop searching for a body shop and ask for Art. He made sure I was informed every step of the way and that I was comfortable when at the shop. I got tears in my eyes seeing how beautiful he made my car. “These guys were so good despite the stress and expense that comes with dealing with a car accident and dealing with the Tesla insurance. I hate Tesla insurance I don’t recommend anyone ever getting it. Waiting for the Tesla parts and firing my previous mechanic shop that was going to do the insurance work was a set back and very frustrating. Luckily I found Capital collision and the service was excellent. Rebecca was great she was attentive, communicative, and really helped ease my anxiety. It was a bad experience, waiting for the parts with Tesla cars, but capital collision made it as easy as it could possibly be. Thanks again highly recommend them.”

“I own a RV but not a tow vehicle so I called this company because they were located close to where the RV is stored. They transported my RV from Roseville to Antioch and back. They were very communicative and informed me if there were any delays. They were helpful: the RV tongue had to be manually cranked up and they did that for me, as well as checking the tire pressure before moving it. They stayed on top of everything. They are awesome and a delight to work with!!”

“Absolutely perfect transaction in every way!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My car is a lowered BMW M Sport and therefore unable to use my AAA membership (informed of this last minute) leaving me to find another method of getting my girl Bailey (yes she has a name, she is my baby!!) from Sacramento to my mechanic in Roseville. I contacted a local tow company (Maury's -thank you!!) who said they know the perfect person/company to assist with my lowered car, within 5 minutes Luis from Mena's Towing called me directly and set up everything in minutes over the phone with a very reasonable price and indicated an arrival time of approx. 45 minutes. Luis arrived approx. 40 minutes later with his truck and special equipment to tow my lowered car. Luis was incredibly kind and cheerful (and very evident that he has a deep passion for his trade of choice as you could see the light and child-like joy exuding from his eyes and smile as he began his work) while also delivering a high level of professionalism. I have to say it was quite a rad experience to watch him work and get my super lowered car on his equipment, I knew without a doubt that my girl Bailey was in the right hands. He kept me informed via text throughout the whole process and sent me photos of Bailey perfectly parked in front of my mechanic. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend using Mena's Towing, especially if you have a LOWERED CAR/VEHICLE!! ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE all the way around!! I'm SOO grateful!**I also have to mention here that my mechanic called upon Bailey's arrival to let me know she arrived safe/sound, but they also took the time to call out how amazing Luis was, not only his professionalism but knowing how low my car is, they thought for sure it'd be a huge debacle getting her back on the ground (they mention having decades of witnessing commercial, professional and amateur tows) and never have they seen someone with such grace and skill in their trade and told me to KEEP HIS NUMBER! :) They said he did a quick turn in his truck and flawlessly placed Bailey in their parking spot while also having total professionalism. “Car battery was dead on the top floor of a parking garage in downtown Sac during one of the major storms in early January. It was dark, pouring, wind gusts and power was out. AAA was not helpful and wanted us to wait for hours. Instead we called Quick Fix, and he came to us within 30 minutes and saved us with a jump! Very reliable even in the storm when others weren't. Highly recommend!”
