Worst customer service experience. The content of the package that I’ve shipped got stolen (box was delivered empty) and when I came to file a complaint the manager laughed like there was something funny.
He said he filed the claim after I got mad but refused to provide me with a claim number and claimed that it would take some time to get a claim number and that I should leave my phone number which I know he’s lying.

The two people that were working there were absolutely fabulous. One of them helped me ( a very handsome man) and the other one (a very beautiful woman) helped the other person that came in.I am a senior woman myself and I very much needed help.

This UPS Store offers all the normal packing services and supplies. It is in an unassuming location with easy in and easy out. I have dropped a few Amazon returns a few times and it's a quick minute in and out. I came to this location for their notary services. I went to a different notary first that was closer to my house but found that the other place wouldn't notarize my passport photos, which was a requirement of my Irish foreign birth registry application. I decided to give this UPS store a try and had easy success! The notary here had a fun sense of humor and notarized my photos using a standard form for only around $15. Success!!

I drop off my Amazon returns here. They seem efficient but not everyone is very cheerful. I won't go into details, but I have a hunch it's a bit difficult to work there unless you're the boss. It's ok. I'm in and out quickly and don't stick around to look at merchandise.
