“I still remember the first day I took my little Miranda to Apple a Day Care because I knew it was time for her to socialize. It was a very emotional day for me; I didn't want to leave her, but instantly I knew she would be in good hands. The energy and love from all the teachers, and the director Michell, gave me absolute confidence. I would even come back mid-morning just to hug my little one, and it felt like home. This year with my little Miranda in the care of the entire Apple a Day Care staff will remain in my heart forever. Thank you so much.”

“Making the decision to start our little in daycare wasn't easy, but we knew (or at least hoped) it would be beneficial to her development, social skills, and independence. Choosing the right daycare seemed scary, and we definitely toured a couple we were not fond of. After our tour at Cadence we were impressed, and pleased. Fast forward to now, and we are so grateful we made the decision to enroll our daughter here. She started at around 12 months and is now almost 20 months, and in the older toddler room. It was an adjustment for us all, but now she is just flourishing. The staff are on top of it, and easy to talk to and most importantly make our daughter feel comfortable.”

“We recently moved to Carmichael and needed to find a preschool for my 3 yr. old. We were specifically looking for a Montessori school and stumbled upon MCS googling schools. After touring, we decided to give it a try, and ever since, we have been extremely happy with the school. My child is self-motivated and loves working with Montessori materialse. Love the place and the people!”

“Our son attended the infant program at Smallville. We are first time parents, and we felt totally at ease leaving our child there. The Director as well as all of the infant teachers are lovely. You can tell that they care greatly for all of the children and that the kiddos well care for during the day. When we drop him off, he is so excited to go with the teachers and start his day at school. We have loved all the projects that they do with him. He has come home with art work and they have shared photos of him playing in their wonderful play area. He has learned and grown so much and we attribute this to the hard work of Smallville! Overall, we highly recommend this program. It has been a wonderful experience and we could not be more grateful for the staff and all that they have done for our little one!”

“Where do I begin? I started my daughter at Mission when she was just 9 weeks old. As a first-time mom (or any mom, really), this was absolutely devastating and terrifying.I toured about 5 diff daycares prior to Mission and I left each one in tears, with more anxiety than I had before I walked in. Not only did nothing feel "just right", some just outright gave me bad vibes and were a HARD NO. Not knowing proper breast milk storage guidelines, not asking my baby's name, how old she was, etc. One place even made racist remarks and apologized for their teachers who were wearing hijabs (no joke).Mission was the last place I looked at, as it was the farthest away and lowest on my radar. Honestly, the SECOND I walked in the door it was a breath of fresh air. It just felt right. Don't get me wrong, I was still in tears while "interviewing" them lol but with each response I got to a question my stress lessened and I knew we were in good hands. They also use a great app with updates on snacks, meals, feedings, diaper changes, etc which, if we're being honest, I WAS GLUED TO LIKE A HAWK WHEN I FIRST ENROLLED lol That definitely helped quell some of my worries. My daughter is now 13 months old and thriving. While all of the teachers are amazing (they come from the toddler and big kids' rooms to say hi to my daughter, were just as excited and anxious for her to take her first steps as I was, send me pics and videos of her, etc), I cannot say enough good things about Ms Karlie.Taking the tour, I saw this young girl in the kitchen area with bottles in front of her and I was like "oh, hell no. She looks just out of high school, she isn't going to know anything about breast milk storage, caring for an infant, blah blah blah". I went to go "test" her....and she was ON it. She knew it all. Although I know my daughter is in good hands with everyone there, it is such a special feeling to know that your child is also LOVED in a care setting. And I know that she is LOVED by Ms Karlie. And Ms Karlie is LOVED by her. And all of the children. Their faces light up when they see her. This is not just a paycheck to Karlie and it shows. Everyone at Mission has been very patient and accommodating of me. I breastfeed, so I asked that my daughter be pace fed- it was done without question. When I switched from disposable to cloth diapers when she was about 8 months old- they not only allowed it (apparently some daycares don't?!?), but they were ready and willing to learn and allow me to show them how.I have never felt like I cannot bring up a concern (although the need has been very infrequent and very minor things) and I know that any concern I d have will be listened to.I cannot stress enough how great this place is. Do yourself a favor and at least take a tour- then you will see why I speak so highly of them.”

“This is the 3rd child of mine that has attended this preschool. The new owners have done so much to improve the school. They are so dedicated to the kids and I'm so grateful my son enjoys his school. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate my sons 4th birthday. It really made our hearts so warm and we are so thankful.”
