The hot Wok Chinese food is just awful, I have tried this spot multiple times with the same results... awful food. On top of it, all the check out lanes are always long with not enough checkers.

Came in here looking for back to school groceries. This store had all the products I was looking for. Small bags of chips, gateorade, and even backpacks. It wasn’t too expensive either. Overall very happy with the price and variety.

Talked with Mikey, who handles all the beer merchandising. He provided great customer service. He also showed me some seasonal beer options. Overall great experience.

When in checked it out; prices are high and they're not real big on organics, so I bought some water and left. It's a pretty average supermarket, not bad but nothing special. It's in a pretty big shopping center, there's a lot of other stores & restaurants nearby so it might be good for some one stop shopping.

I used to love Bel Air (Raley’s)! But they have had a drastic and noticeable decrease in the number of staffed checkout lanes. The self-checkout is always open but sometimes they have only one lane available for alcohol, gift cards or EBT. It is frustrating to wait in a long line when all you want is a gift card. I have complained and have heard others complain. Deaf ears is all you get.

Bel Air has a good and wide variety of items for a shopper. It’s even nicer if it could a one stop shop for our different needs & requests but over all it’s clearly better than average!

Been going here for 20+ years the chinese food area seems to have new staff I hate to say it but the hot wok is just hot slop now …like we weren’t going to notice! Sorry 3rd party cooks/servers cutting corners with subpar products to maximize profit!

Store team members think homelessness is funny and like to get off on harassing homeless people if they even attempt to walk in the store. Smiling, laughing, and following them around while making fun of them like they aren't even people. A disgusting sight to see such an abhorrent lack of empathy during these troubling times. And from what others have said, this store is also known for racial profiling as well as discrimination on the basis of pregnancy and disability status. Really quite shocking that corporate has continued to allow this store to remain open.

I’ve been coming to this store for over 30yrs and it is terrible that they can’t open more than two check stands and customers have to wait in line down the isle… Times have changed a lot at this store and workers in some departments just are not happy very sad as much as I spend here ?
