Was on stand by list, from 11 am to 3 30pm, I was waiting there for along time. At one point there were no other people except me. And they still didn't take me. At 3 30 they told me to live, because they were preparing to close office for the day. I know they could have taken me, but they didn't.

The easiest lab work I have ever done, such a pleasant,clean, professional place of business thank you and the gentleman that drew my blood was super professional and on point cleared up my insurance miscommunication saved my from paying close to 200 dollars that I didn't need to was very gentle and there room was so clean and organized. Never thought I would ever say that getting my blood drawn was a nice experience but it was thank you

I had an appointment, got there 10 minutes before, and got in right on time. Effie helped me and she was amazing. She was very kind and calm which helped ease the bit of anxiety I felt. She was quick and gentle when drawing blood. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Totally unacceptable clients wandering around needing help. Appointments are joke..but don't do a walk in. You will sit there until someone does a no-show and they are on time. Even though I had an appointment I was over an hour that I was waiting and prior to that I had walked in thinking that I could just wait and it was 2 and 1/2 hours and I was fasting. So no I don't appreciate any of this

Rude staff, the traffic was bad. Arrived one minute late, I was told to make another appointment. I did everything online including my insurance details. They didn’t have to spend time on anything. Will not pick this location again.

I made an apt for my daughter. I pulled her from school. We show up. We check in. After waiting 20 mins, a lab tech comes out and I ask her if we are going to be seen soon. She asks for my daughter’s name 3 times. There is no appointment for my daughter. Nothing! I show her both the email, the QR code, and the text confirmation of check in…and she’s silent. She can’t tell me why there is no appointment. These “labs” don’t have anyone working the front anymore. There is no supervisor at this location and the techs in the back could care less about their “system” being incompetent, they just want to go home! The only person willing to help me was a float and she couldn’t even get back in the door after helping me. I work in one of the largest hospitals in the area and we’d never turn someone away for a system error! Now I have to pull my daughter out of school again just to get this lab work done! No wonder people flood my ER for care, It’s a one-stop-shop and they know they’ll at least get everything done properly!

They only have 6-7 chairs in the waiting room so many people had to sit on the floor or wait outside. I had a scheduled appointment and checked in 10 minutes early but still had to wait for over an hour!
