Stored my stuff no problems but the gate dont load fast enough on my phone to unlock it so I gotta get out an enter my code

Aaron should teach a class in customer service! He was friendly, professional, and helpful. He answered all of my questions. He is the reason we stayed with public storage and will continue to do business with public storage. The units are clean, the property is clean and secure.
