“Friendly staff even if it's busy and there is a little no line, they get through each person kindly. Easy to park. Wheelchair accessible parking, but not entrance. The wait here is not usually long. They have papers to renew passports, but not apply.”

“My wife and I moved and the new place we moved into's mailbox kept getting broken into so we got a P.O. Box. Jasmine and Bob really helped us through our transition process with going from a street address to a P.O. Box. We look forward to seeing them when we order packages. They are both funny, kind, patient and we look forward to "seeing them next week". The overall postoffice could use an upgrade, it's a bit stale, but seeing Jasmine and Bob's smiling faces makes it worth it!!! I appreciate and value them a lot and so should you, they are great humans and make it worth going inside to pick up packages!! ?”
“I was sending a package overseas to my kids for their birthday. Probably a little unusual for Rio Linda. But, Stew is a really nice gentleman who works at this post office. Extremely kind, professional, and respectful. He greets every person who walks in, helps them, explains things, and doesn't rush anyone or anything. He makes sure you know what your options are before proceeding. He also thanks you and makes sure you know that the USPS appreciates your business. I was impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Another customer who was in at the same time said she frequently uses the Rio Linda post office specifically because of Stew. I went to this post office after reading nightmare reviews at a different post office closer to my area. I'm so happy I visited the Rio Linda post office! Thank you USPS, and thank you Stew! “It's a very small post office so I understand that sometimes there is a line. The ladies are working as fast as they can. The negative reviews are disappointing. I suggest don't not to expect the workers to entertain you while taking care of your postage when there is a line of people.”
“Honestly this location works and haven’t encountered any major issues in the past few years, but there are a few hiccups:* Lines get to get long so come at non peak times* Use the self service machine whenever you can so you don’t have to wait for the line* if you are shipping packages like most people waiting in line: print your own labels using pirate ship at home to ship packages and avoid the wait!* I used to worry about my dropped off prepaid package getting stolen but now there is a secured drop off bin in the lobby. Very handy* if you are one of the special people sending registered or certified （had to do that sometimes myself) than I feel very bad for you than you need to wait!”

“Let me start by saying that going to the post office gives me anxiety as you usually run into rude workers or any other postal problem. Today's experience completely changed my mind. I came in about 4:30 p.m. on a Wednesday to pick up a package. The gentleman that helped me (I think his name was Paul) was very kind and found my package in the back. The transaction was smooth and he was pleasant to work with. Thank you for making this experience a good one.”

“I think it's just a normal post office.There are two post offices in Roseville, one of them.I have stocked up on the minimum amount of Forever postage stamps I need.I rarely go to the post office, but I think it's a very normal response.The only regret is that airmail is the only option for sending parcels overseas.Previously, there was sea shipping.Shipping costs are vastly different.I think it depends on the country we are sending it to.Well, this isn't the post office's responsibility.The parking lot is spacious and I have never had any problems parking.It will depend on the time though. It's a very ordinary post office.”

“This post office is on Fulton Ave and Marconi Ave. It is my favorite post office. I drive a little longer to come to this post office because it is quiet and has better service. I never have to wait for parking here. The longest line I have been here was no more than three or four people in front of me.
The post office is a little harder to find if you have never come to this office. The parking lot entry is on Marconi Ave, but the street address is on Fulton Ave. It has a Taco Bell and a library on the parking lot entrance. The post office is all the way inside to the end of the parking lot. Many parking spaces are usually available.”

“I had a PO Box here at the Arden Way Post Office for over 30 years. I saw all the changes in this office from a very busy post office with chairs and waiting for your number call a long time ago. They don't do that anymore! The Arden Way Post Office is much quieter now compared to the old days.The employees at the windows are nice now. Of course, don’t expect them to like private companies. But much better than before. I think the job load is lighter than in the old days.My PO Box is the most reliable way to get my mail. Better than those mails sent to my house.”
