Pharmacy staff have always gone above and beyond and are extremely helpful. One situation involved me needing to pay for my son's Rx out of pocket. The pharmacy person helped me get a refund and found a way to get it covered under insurance. I'm not sure other pharmacies would have gone out of their way to do that. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!”

“Kari was SO helpful with getting my prescription. She noticed that my copay was very high, so she called my insurance company the next morning to troubleshoot. She got my copay down to $20! She then followed up with me over the phone, as she had promised, and I was able to pick it up that day. Amazing customer service - she went out of her way to make my medication affordable. I felt so taken care of. Kari, you rock!”

“Hello best pharmacy. I've been coming to this pharmacy for about 3 1/2 years. My service is always exemplary. I have had serious questions about meds and gotten very thorough info from JP. Even referring me to cheaper ways of purchase. Veronica,of whom I refer to as my wife,sees me and gets my prescription up an ready. JP, Veronica always smiling. The staff always pleasant and curious. Clean countertops and area of store. I feel like my health is a priority to these people. My former pharmacy, across the street,was no where near this grade of service. No question is d*** and they take time to help me get to my best health. I just would like to thank you all for all you do. Service is too notch.”

“I highly recommend Carmichael long term pharmacy!! A few years ago we were at a different pharmacy and they kept messing up by prescriptions even giving us medications that weren't ours.. It was very very serious situation after 12 years we decided they had to go. We found Carmichaellong term care Pharmacy. The owner Cyra siren is absolutely wonderful.. We've never had a problem never got armad's late and have never got the wrong prescription.If you do have a problem of any sort and you talk to Sarah it is immediately corrected. They even put your medications in bubble packs so you don't have to divide them yourself and offer home delivery all for free if you need it. I would never go anywhere else!”
