Great shop. Didn't charge me when they couldn't solve my smog issue and spent a lot of time giving me all the details on the issue. This is an old school shop...they do things right and treat the customer with respect. Practically unheard of these days.

Friendly and professional local business that provides frank and honest work. Took auto after it failed at another location and they spoke frank about repairs needed to pass and never upsold. After repairs, auto passed, and now runs better than before. I will take all my autos here when in Carmichael and glad there are still business that operate in a frank and honest way

Came in today to get my car smogged and had a great overall experience. Staff was nice and was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Brian is the most honest mechanic I’ve ever met. I’ve happily sent my mother, grandmother, and girlfriend to Master Tech because I know they won’t rip them off. I’ve sent Brian several vehicles and several friends. Can’t complain about a damn thing, and I’m one who likes to complain.

I have been taking our vehicles here for many years. Over this time, I have been very satisfied that the work being done is necessary and done professionally.
A few things that I particularly appreciate here are that they give give realistic options after a diagnosis of the car. I also appreciate the pride that they take in their work. Brian, the owner, wants to let you know what he did and why he did it. I love this because it shows me he cares about what he is doing. I also appreciate how personable they are.
