“Been coming here since I was a teenager. I used this spot a lot to re-sell books, drop off packages etc. They had a discount for text books and students etc (still might). The Staff for the past 20+ years has always been friendly, courteous, reliable and hardworking. It's a small but cozy shop that works with most if not all shipping services. There is a small section for boxes, packing tape and supplies as well as a drop off zone for ready to ship packages.”

“This key shop has many features! Not only is it a key shop, but they offer private P.O boxes, They can Fax, print copies, they can send emails and attach documents if needed, they offer FedEx. The owner Allen and his family are sweet people and if they don't have a service that you need they will try to send you in the right direction. As a communitylet's help support this little shop. They are located in the heart of Rio linda in the parking lot of the mini shopping center on Oak lane and M street. Come check them out.”

“How could anyone not love this place? We've had a mailbox here for 7 years, and the service has always been beyond expectations. Friendly, with a smile, even during those darn lockdowns. We initially got the box because mailbox thieves were in our area. But once the guy was caught, we kept using it because it eliminated the risk of porch pirates at xmas. Further, we no longer had to worry when stuff we ordered was delivered on a different day than promised. It was safe, even if we were out of town! Prices are great, service is great, and they work hard to earn your business each and every day.”

“I needed a scan of my drivers license for a job application, and I don’t have a scanner that works so I came here! I don’t know the name of the worker who helped me, but he had some tattoos of musical notes on his arms. The copier in the lobby wasn’t working, so he scanned in my license and even checked to make sure that the scan had saved correctly! He was so pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come back here.”

Sometimes I feel some of the guys don't wanna deal with certain things but I have seen what comes through that door and sometimes it can make you really tired and having to deal with the same thing over and over different people. :) ... “This was my first time using this location and I have to say I’m very pleased. Jt was the one that helped me and she greeted me and answered all my questions efficiently. I did notice however that there was a man in the back being inconsiderately loud. Come to find out that was their manager. Not a great look for the store but with the excellent service from Jt I can’t quite complain.”
