Bad customer service super rude wouldn't even take the time to show me anything. I just moved to the area on top of that and I needed a new smoke shop to go do for all my needs. I definitely will not be going back.

As soon as you walk in it's a race to get you out of there. Thinking about shopping around before buying something? Don't because you're going to be rushed out of the store.If you don't know exactly what you want, I know that they have it, this is not the place to go.Staff is very unfriendly and acts as if you are a burden to them just for being there. Everything is locked up so if you want to see something you have to ask, and they act like they don't want you there.The time is posting online are completely wrong and very from day to day based on how the owner/employee feels. I came in on a Monday at 6:00 and within 10 minutes, no exaggeration, I needed to hurry because they were about to close. Unfriendly is not the word to describe the employees.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My encounter started off my going in to buy a simple battery as I am a medical marijuana patient. I was not purchasing any tobacco products and was not purchasing a controlled substance. The clerk proceeds to take the item I selected out of the cabinet, then when I get up to the register I tell him I’m a medical patient, and also showed him my ID. Not only did he refuse to sell to me upon not having a physical card(which costs extra and is not legally necessary with the doctors letter) and asked me to go home to get it and he would sell me the item, even while offering him to read my letter from my doctor. I found out later by talking to the manager he was not supposed to be selling to anyone under 21+ by law in a smoke shop, which I was unaware of at the time as I’m a regular customer at dispensaries. This shop also has a reputation of selling to minors, which the store owner blatantly admitted and apologized for, which is already super suspicious. Upon addressing this issue the clerk was very rude, interrupted me several times, cut me off, ignored me and then continued to help other customers in the middle of the transaction. He was also very rude and had an EXTREME attitude, among calling me names in front of other customers. Upon asking for the phone number to his manager, which he at first refused to give me, he interrupted my conversation with the manager in the store by calling me names and a liar right in front of his boss. I even asked them to review their cameras to show this wasn’t the case. It’s amazing to me anyone acting like this towards customers is even allowed to work here and that the shop allows employees to talk to customers that way in general. Anyone who’s worked customer service knows the customer is always right, and the way the employee at this store behaved not only appalled me but lost them a customer. I’ll never buy from this store knowing the way they treat and think of customers blatantly in front of management. Not to mention I was told I “wasn’t giving respect to the counter clerk so I should exit the store”. AFTER I brought the issue up and was treated so horrible, and came in with a very nice and friendly demeanor, and have came in previously. The audacity.

I LOVE this place! The guys who work here are so sweet! My pen was acting up so I went in and they resolved my issue in under 5 minutes! Great range of products! I will co to he to bring my business to this shop! Thanks guys!

Online it says they open at 930am. Its 1030 and they're still not open. If you need smokes or vape juice/coils you can just go to the smoke shop next to togos on manzanita

Been going there for over a year to purchase kratom and always had great service and quality kratom. But I think they're kratom stock is old and stale. I've bought at least 10 packs and only one was worth its while. I've had 2 packs that weren't even kratom, don't know what the hell it was. The last one made me literally sick. Be careful about buying it there, good luck maybe you might get the one package out of 10 that's actually good. Shop around, there's plenty of stores that offer quality product for the same price.

These guys are crooks. I bought a product that is labeled "Buy One Get One Free" blazes across the display box, and each can of butane. This guy says "no sir, they make cheap but charge us more". I tell him that makes no sense and I'll pass. Each time I've gone in this place (because it's super close to home) there is someone different behind the counter, and they all overcharge. Watch them as they ring your items up and always get a reciept to check it against.
