This place is okay. Sometimes they are incredibly helpful and friendly, other times they are totally unprofessional and couldn’t care less about the customer. I thought it was a one-time thing when I came in and was serviced by a man who looks like he’s literally never clipped his fingernails or toenails in his life, because that’s absolutely foul, offensive, and unprofessional, let alone the huge safety issue of working on a vehicle with open-toed shoes and razor-sharp toenails ready to slice my tires to shreds. Turns out he works there regularly, I don’t know if he’s the owner or Ken or John or whoever, but please respect the fact that you’re providing a service to the general public and we have absolutely no business witnessing such a lack of hygiene. I hate to embarrass the guy, but yall embarrass me every time you put me in the position to have to shake hands with someone who doesn’t practice basic hygiene.

Ken and John's have always gone out of their way to do a great job for me and my vehicles. I have been bringing my cars to them for 17 plus years, as a woman who doesn't know much about mechanics I have never felt I have been taken advantage of. I trust in their service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They rip you off and don't put the new parts you paid for because you can't easily see them. Make sure before you leave because you won't be able to bring it back for free. You will need to pay for another diagnostic even though they gave it back a day ago. Especially Lisa so watch out for her. I've spent more than $6,000 with them and my car won't even pass inspection. You are better off finding a mechanic on Craigslist. They took advantage of my mom too. Mechanics are from wish. They don't really know what they are doing. So make sure you see them put the new parts because they will rip you off any chance they get. You have been warned. My light came on a day later and she said I will have to take it to the dealership. I went to auto zone and they confirmed it's the same thing they said they fixed. You have been warned!

If you have a Dodge do not take it to this location. I’ve spent thousands of dollars and it’s still broke. They just want money they don’t care about the customers. Waste of money and time. Go somewhere where you will leave happy.Services: Auto exhaust system repair

Just called asking for a few quotes. I spoke with a woman claiming she's the manager who hung up on me. I called "hi how much do you charge for a diag check engine light on?" She replied "what type of car?" I responded, completely dumbfounded that the type of car would determine the diag as they were the 8th shop in the area I called asking the same thing, never getting that response "Does it matter?" She said rudely "yes" she didn't then explain to tell me why. So I had to ask "well why would that matter?" She argued with me back and forth about 2 or 3 times before she told me "after the year 2000 it's $190. Before 2000, it's $250." So after she gave me the quote, I said "OK, what about if I needed an oil change? What do you charge for regular standard oil and full synthetic?" She said "I dont give quotes over the phone. Thank yoooou" and hung up on me. I, again, was completely dumbfounded. I called her back and asked why she hung up on me. Her exact words were "because we don't give quotes over the phone! We've been here 30 f*cking years, same guys. Like, what do you want?!" She eventually rambled some BS how good they are then told me the quote I was asking for. Drugs are bad people.... after all that, she gave me the quotes. What in the actual f*ck...?!UPDATE!! THE MANAGER LADY CALLED MY PHONE FROM A PRIVATE NUMBER 3 TIMES TO HARASS ME!!!!!

I absolutely recommend this business to anyone who wants great service a fair price $120 for a vehicle diagnostic for overheating problem I was in an emergency called the business can answered right away I pulled in and he immediately got to working on my vehicle as soon as possible was very professional helping out customers before me and after me I was impressed by Lisa's teamwork she arrived and immediately started helping Ken and assisting him in the office. Called for a brake fluid flush estimate was told my car (2011 Honda accord) needs special fluid (dot 3-4-5.1) is not special, I buy the brand Bosch for $15. Was quoted $160! Lmao! Pep boys quoted me $69 exact same fluid and job. So much for trying to help out small businesses what a rip off. The lady that answered the phone didn't seem very knowledgeable either.
