I called Joy Fl.from N.Y. 3000mi away to speak/describe exactly what I wanted. The worker (not who I spoke wth)made a hiddeous dark arrangement.Didnt/couldnt read instructions.Not happy..they delivered without my appoval.Never again.Bad business ethics. ZERO out of 5stars.. Total mis-communication...rude owners.

Beautiful arrangement delivered on time. Texted a pic prior to delivery and met my expectations. Ordered a fuller arrangement than standard and I could see a difference. They are so talented and considerate. My 88 yo Mother was surprised and touched by the Christmas gift-we live in another State and could not make the Holiday this year. Nice for her to have a lovely reminder of how much she means to us! Have ordered a Christmas centerpiece for my Sister and am sure the arrangement will be amazing! Plus they are local and family owned-Bonus!

The recipient of the arrangement sent via Joy Flower Shop was very impressed with the beautiful arrangement. I was super happy the flowers were delivered when asked, as I was afraid the recipient might be leaving early due to it being her last day before retirement. I'd recommend using Joy Flower Shop for sure!
