Did not believe me when I told them what was wrong with my car because I already got an estimate, so they wanted to diagnose it themselves. Then, when they found exactly what I already knew, they said they would waive the diagnostic fee if I paid for the service, which was triple rate of the first guy. I cut my losses, paid the diagnostic fee to be told what I already knew, and left. They made a quick buck, but it cost them some of their Yelp review score.

Disrespectful. Doesn't seem like they want to actually work. Wouldn't recommend. Didn't go through with any service because of the customer service.

This place is a joke. Have a couple known problems with my car including nail in tire, in need of an oil change, leaking coolant due to the heater core hose needing replacement. Took my car in for diagnostic and was told nothing is wrong. free of charge which I appreciate. Bummer my dad used to come here a lot.

I walked in with a good Attitude asking for an honest mechanic I need my brakes done. He immediately had a down attitude little me and talk to Me. He proceeded to give me prices I didn't even tell him what I wanted done yet. He is a Mexican man probably in his late 40s early 50s I don't know if he owns the place or barely any vehicles there any left me feeling like s*** luckily there's five other shops in the area and I just took my business there. Maybe we just having a bad day, But that's not the impression I got at all.Please beware going there I would never recommend it ever type of person that if you want Mike to use to get carts breakdown so you can just keep coming back please.

Wow my car went to too shops before going to joes700.00 and 2 heart attacks later car still not working had it towed to joes late one afternoon went to checkThe next morning and he handed me the keys. I thought he was going to say nothing he could do but instead he said it fixed! Man I’m on the road and it’s a dream driving this car again

If there was a lower rating than one, then I would use that one the persons at this shop are unprofessional on the phone; they will insult you when you call them. I wonder why these person's are allowed they might be good mechanic's but in the customer service department, they are lacking real assurance that I will not have them do any work on my cars

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE PLEASE!!! I decided to come to Joe's thinking they could handle changing spark plugs! I went in to get my spark plugs done and afterwards my car was misfiring REALLY bad, so i took my car back to the shop I always take into at Danny's Automotive and come to find out 3 spark plugs were bad and Joe's shop Broke My coils because they didn't take my spark plugs right.. They glued my coils back together after they broke it!!! WHO DOES THAT!!!so not only did I have to replace 3 spark plugs but my coils!!
