The worst place so far. The employees like walking in on you in the bathroom despite the fact that they knew I was in there. Be very careful when coming here, they are very weird.

Losing a star because they now close at 7 which means I can never go. By the time dinner and done they’re almost closed. Bummer because do prefer this location to the one on manzanita.

☆☆☆☆☆I dont review often but in my latest experience as a customer here, I felt it was necessary. I obsessed about a pot that I left at the registers the previous night so I went back to find it. The manager (I assumed due to how she came across - confident and knowledgeable) said the pot was still there and was just waiting to come back on the floor. I waited for 2 hrs (!) but witnessed her the whole time and she deserves to be commended. Not only was she juggling many things at once and working really hard, but she was courteous and extremely professional; even while managing difficult customers she showed grace. She walked past me a bunch of times going back and forth to register calls for support, to coordinating and managing workflow and breaks, to even helping stock items in an effort to help find my pot! She checked in multiple times with me (and others), and apologized multiple times for me waiting when it was really my own fault for leaving it in the first place! She was amazing, aware and had full control of that whole store, but was so nice! I ended up leaving without my pot but told her I would come back the next day and that obv she did all she could! At this point she was at the registers bc it was super busy but I could feel her compassion for me about this pot bc she knew I wanted it so bad! I went in again today and I FOUND IT - WOOHOO! I asked her name so I could give her the feedback she deserves and her name is RASHAUNA. I was so thankful and also impressed and inspired by her. I could go on but I just wanted her to get a huge shout out and thank you from me and hopefully her other goodwill corporate family bc she truly deserves it. <3 Thank you Rashauna! I love my pot and you!!!

They changed the carts to NON KID FRIENDLY at this store. So be prepared to hold or chase after your small child the whole time you’re in there. We won’t take our kids in there anymore because of that so we probably won’t go there anymore SMH

They treat employees terrible. Constant vience and theft. Customers andStaff get threatened by shoplifters daily. Corporate decided to cut hours on best workers during the highest profit season to make way for management bonus

There really needs to be a sign or dividers on the ground for the register line because most people don't see the sign hanging from the ceiling, which causes alot of people to cut in line and most of the employees could care less. I stood in line for 10 mins then someone walked right up to the register and the employee just stared at me and didn't say anything to the lady cutting

So my experience was great until you wait in line, then for some reason the employees here got some type of unprofessional attitudes for no reason. Yeah poor customer service unfortunately.

They are still having issues with pricing. I broke my own rule and went back to check it out. I found a couple things that I could just *barely* justify paying for, but I was still seeing pricing that is completely out of control. Once again five stars for customer service and one star for pricing.

One of my faves because it is a big store and clean. The parking lot is NOT a homeless camp, usually one or two car houses far from the door. Not a biggie.

I bought a purse & apparently they don't clean it before selling it. ?It had snot rages, a penny & other trash inside. I had to take it home & clean it myself. It was gross. The store in general isn't clean & it's a place where a lot of homeless people stay. So even outside is always a mess. Plus, the prices are way to high for a thrift store. Then when I went to exchange something, they had me wait in line 3× & each time I got up there, they would call the manager & I would wait again. I waited 54 minutes total, trying to exchange my item. Bc they no longer will allow you to return any clothing. So try it before you buy it or your stuck with it. All in all this store is the worst one out of all the Goodwill stores I've been to.
