I purchased a automotive battery from this location for 180.00 one yearlateralmost the battery failed recharge and load test after much nonsensethey would not help with warranty as they said when I purchase thebattery it is no longer made in the USA WHERE DO YOU TURN TO? they saidpurchase another battery why ?it didn't last 12 months. If they can't helpwhy sell it? They had no answers or any suggestions Very rude manager atreturn desk NO HELP OFFERED I will shop at the Blue box store next time

Very shocked to see the reviews so low, this home depot is down the street from my rental property. I've been renovating it , so me and the workers have been becoming good friends lol. I was practically living in this Home Depot lol. I honestly can't name all the workers but I know that I've had keys made, bought tools like a sander, nail gun, jig saw, I've bought baseboards , paint, countertops carpet, I've dealt with the workers in customer service in which only one person I was NOT a fan of, older woman whole vibe was very rude, I believe she was a supervisor or a lead, very dismissive and again rude, but again didn't steal my joy because y'all have certain mangers for reasons, in which the manger did handle my situation, in which she could of done the same if she took the time to look at my receipt. I'm thankful for all the workers that took the time to give me new ideas or different approaches to my do it myself jobs. Ryan was most helpful, he was very knowledgeable on many departments. Also when the countertop installation made a mistake on my order, he stepped in to correct it. Savannah ,& Valarie was very helpful as well.

I like this store, especially tolls and electric department. They have almost everything I need. People who work in customer service area are polite and professional. I like shopping by home depot but sometimes they are busy and they don't have enough hands to help customers. But I still for shopping my tools this store is my first choices.

went into use a battery operated cart and it was not functioning properly returned it to the area. I picked it up and explained it to the employee at the return counter of the problem so instead of putting a out of order tag on it, she just parked it right back where it was, how fucking stupid do you get

We went to Home Depot Carmichael to return 2 home improvement items that did not work since it was on our way home. We had previously had to correct the sale price in a different Home Depot since it had not registered the correct price.Today, the Home Depot staff called his manager and she said that " because the other Home Depot put in the wrong code " to register the correct price, that she could not do anything and that we have to go back to the other home demo. !!! So , we had a l drive 5.3 miles in the heat When they could have helped us there and then.

I installed ac unit through Home Depot via 3rd party. When the 3rd party came to estimate the cost, he applied Home Depot HVAC rebate claim and 2 year loan for me. 3rd party did great job. However Home Depot made it only for 1 year loan. And rebate is still pending since 6/1/2023. What's up Home Depot?! I don't recommend Home Depot for any business.

The most unprofessional Home Depot I have ever been to. The people in the customer service area treat you like a piece of crap. Taking calls and not acknowledging you when your standing in front of you. THIS IS WHY I SHOP AT LOWES.

Service is great here to some people... however when I come here, i hear all the employees asking all these people if they need help but completely avoid me. I dunno what their problems are, I try not to look unapproachable. Also Alejandra at check out needs help with her customer service skills because she has no manners and seems to not like her job. This place in terms of products has a lot of great things in stock. I recently purchased foam boards. I needed foam spray and the app said it was in aisle 53 but i couldn't find it. So when I asked someone where aisle 53 was, they kept leading me to a part of the store that was opposite them which was very annoying. If it wasn't so close I'd be going to another Home Depot. Even though the service is not on par with a normal customer experience, the products are good.

I want to thank Mike who was in store delivery support. He was very helpful and reassuring that my delivery would be made as planned. When Davian arrived with a pallet of 53 huge bags, he was extremely deft at the forklift and placing that pallet without damaging my yard plants. Both showed great professionalism and I really appreciate them. I hope that Home Depot appreciates them also!

Normally the most common complain about HD is lack of available staff to assist you when you are looking for something or have questions. My experience with getting help from Tim was so great and his positive attitude and the extend of his service really made my shopping experience enjoyable. Tim spend several minutes going thru my list and found every item required to fix our treadmill. He also provided solutions where the item was not available with providing alternative solutions. Thank you Tim for everything

My favorite Home Depot! Every person in the store that works here always gives A+ service and all have wonderful attitudes and personalities. Although they don't always have what I'm looking for, the store ambience and excellent customer service always make up for it! Also, my hat off to all the cashiers at this place! You guys are amazing

On May 29, 2023, I purchased a grill from Home Depot (SKU 1005664760). The purchase in included delivery and assembly. The product was delivered successfully on June 3. After usage, I discovered the that was an unconnected wire underneath the searing burner. This explained why the ignitor would not ignite that burner. On June 13, I went to Customer Service in the Carmichael, CA Branch to explain my problem. The cashier (Alizzandra I think), did some research and said to me that Home Depot would give me a call that Thursday or Friday, then do a one-per-one swap. I was satisfied with that solution. Thursday and Friday came with NO CALL. I visited that same store to re-explain the problem. That cashier (Brandon) said that he could not help me and the original cashier had to be the one to solve my situation. First, are you kidding me? I was told to return 30 minutes later to the Gardening Section where that original cashier would be working. I came back to no avail. Now I'm stuck with a grill that was NOT properly assembled. I have to manually light that burner to get it to work. My other option is to rent a vehicle to return that grill to get my money back. I'm not sure if that's worth it to me. Now I'm stuck with a $600 grill that was improperly assembled and I have to manually light that burner every time I need to use it. Poor customer service! Be very wary if this Home Depot store assembles your product. Check everything before installers leave. I would probably purchase items from this store based on stock levels, etc., but I would NEVER trust this store to assemble anything.Military Veteran and Very dissatisfied customer

Just when you thought it couldn't get more screwed up. Placed and online order as well as a pick up order. I get the notification to come in and pick it up. I go and am told we just gave the order to someone who picked it up a 1/2 ago, they had the pu number, they always ask for my ID? I explain that there were two orders, didn't seem to matter. A dismissive employee tells me nothing she can do, I had got my order. Jim the manager wasn't much better. It didn't matter what my HD notifications were saying? I go back home, the delivery order was there. But not the items I was supposed to pick up. Jim, the Manager had no idea how to fix this? We are only talking about $5.08 in product I didn't receive, but it is the principle of it.

Today had the worst experience today went in for flooring and we waited for about 10 mins for the next person to help us. We got Julia and sad wish we didn't. She was rude said she was going to set up the cutting machine. Then proceeded to help a different customer. Made us wait again.costumer service is 101 help the first costumer then help the next.
