This was my first time dealing with Aaron’s and honestly after reading the reviews for this location I was so worried I’d have trouble but the complete opposite happened. Monica was very kind, and her customer service is top tier! After not being able to order extra chairs online or in store, she figured out the issue the very next day. She even called me before I could check back in with her to inform me of the great news! She has made me feel at ease about this process and extremely happy about my purchase. I highly recommend asking for her at this location you won’t be disappointed!!”

“This place is like a vintage wonderland! There were a lot of Halloween decorations, as well as handmade and vintage items. The items are thoughtfully laid out on display, making it very enjoyable to look around and shop. I spent at least an hour looking around, and would be going back to look for new items.”

“We were searching for Natuzzi and other italian brand furniture collection and this store turned out to be having some good collection and nice floor model display as well. We made multiple visits to the showroom and Becca was our goto person to discuss about our home floor plan and what would fit best in our home. Becca had immense knowledge about interiors and was quick in suggesting something that aligns to our likening and the end result was that we begin with ordering a sofa set from the store. We are currently waiting for it to be delivered.Amazing collection in the store and huge knowledge of interiors from Becca helped us sail through this shopping journey smoothly”
“We came in looking for some slab for a desk, fell in love with a 3 - 4" thick piece of walnut that had warped a bit but they could salvage some for our 1.25" desk plan. Half down as a deposit, Made some drawings including how to process the drop, sent it off, and they started on it.Turns out the piece was still too wet in their opinion (therefore would continue to warp) and they began looking for another piece.We ran out of time for the project and they were understanding and happy to refund the project. Incredibly happy they could tell it was still too wet because I was already fretting if this desk would warp on me.I will 100% be coming back for wood when I can take on this project again!”
“David, the owner of Heartwood Artisans, accomplished the unimaginable. We hired Dave to create a round table with a leaf that matched the wood of our preexisting furniture. Matching wood color is a difficult, almost impossible task. Dave persevered, creating his own stain that was a great match. He even provided us with a small container of the stain he created so we could touch up our "old" furniture. Dave is a great communicator and a true artist. We now have a table that will last a lifetime.”
“This place may very well be small in size but huge with well put together furniture and excellent customer service. We purchased sectional furniture from RC Wiley's and it was delivered without the parts. Needless to say it was returned. Decided to branch off to the Furniture Co and we found what we were looking for. Shawn was so welcoming , very calm and patient also, a good listener.

“Wow! What a great buying experience. I recently moved into a new apartment and needed furniture. I visited the website, made a wish list of everything I wanted, and marched over to Furniture Mattress Outlet. I was a little apprehensive walking to the back alley of the store where the main entrance is located now (it used to be at the front where Harbor Freight Tools is now located), but after meeting Eric, all my hesitations went away. Eric is wonderful, gracious, and got me exactly what I needed. He arranged for delivery (I live on the 3rd floor - no elevator!!) and delivered and assembled everything. I could not be happier. And after doing the math, I saved 68% off retail price for all he furniture I got. Insane!! Visit their website because the warehouse does not have a lot of room on the sales floor.
