Awful management. The on site manager is crazy. Takes too much medication unwilling to work with people. Tries to evict people during the no eviction moratorium . Property is dirty and trashy, and many theft incidents and stealing of cars and Cadillac converters. The property management is just as bad if not worse. He has a low star safety rating and is in many different lawsuits with former tenants.

It's about to be our 1st year at this complex in January.The manager is always active in this community, maintenance is spot on, and get projects completed fast.Neighbors are friendly, no loud music at nights.There are a lot of cats and turkeys out here.

Due to a family issue I moved from Foxworth Apartments after three years. I cannot begin to say what a great experience living at Foxworths was. Eileen, manager, is professional, caring, compassionate and works seven days a week to keep Foxworth looking beautiful. I have watched her handle difficult tenants in a professional firm manner, but always respectful. The grounds are well maintained, work orders are completed quickly . I recommend Foxworth to anyone looking for an affordable apartment in Carmichael

We've been here since 2019, and we love it here! The apartment manager is very hands-on and truly cares. We plan on staying here until we can finally buy our own house.

I found this place by the grace of God. They had no units available at the time but 1 was coming available in 2 months. I claimed it immediately and qualified for it right away! No pet rent which I really love and the property is very well maintained by the most wonderful landlord you can ask for! I swear I love her so much ?? I'm in a 1 bedroom 1 bath with just myself and my cat currently but preparing for my husband to join us. I love the feel of the property when you simply walk to get your mail or take out the trash. Even tho it's not gated, it's still pretty safe as I've not heard of anything serious happening as of yet with some homeless wandering inside to check the trash. I love the serenity here and don't plan on moving anytime soon. If anything I'll move to another unit that just faces east as I'm facing north. Upgraded counters with stainless steel fixtures, ceiling fans and gas stoves.. Many units have wood flooring which my bathroom and kitchen include. I love it here!!

So lucky to have found this apartment community! Eileen is just an all around sweetie pie. Its such a beautifully maintained, peaceful, lil slice of heaven tucked away in nature but still close to everything and anything we need. Home sweet home ???

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Foxworth. The manager, Eileen, tries to make this place feel like home for everyone. She communicates well and is open to suggestions and feedback. Foxworth has holiday decorating competitions to facilitate a community feel and winners even get a percentage off of rent. The price is pretty fair for current market value. I would definitely recommend.

I have been here for a month and LOVE IT!! The landlord is the best I have ever had in my 49 years of being alive. These apartments are tucked away with a serene setting. The neighbors are great and it's very well maintained. Maintenance requests are responded to very quickly and efficiently. I don't plan on moving anytime soon. The rents are comparable to others in the area. The layout inside helps you get the square footage you are paying for. CA in general has high rents but for where I am and what is included, I am very satisfied, and again, I love it here
