They stressed they dont do repairs but what I call replace parts. Say something needs to be bent to get more gripping strength. They replace, not bend.
Or I would think a crack, use tape. I would think they would insist on replacement. Not sure.
They got stressed out when I had them replace gas tank. After installing you have a hole in your tank. They lead me to truck and pointed. I said what hole. One pointed to repair. I again said I repaired a hole that was drilled to steal gas. Old tank I didn't do a great job. And it had developed after a year a slow leak. One drop per second. Look on faces wasn't happy. I explained I put epoxy on bolt and screwed it in and then mix fiberglass and epoxy and used fiberglass sheets and then after drying covered with top grade silicone caulking. I explained again I searched Sacramento for a tank and found only one. This is an old truck. This old and dealership parts are almost impossible to get.
Before going to this shop I explained everything a believe. I'm a honest person. I know some shops won't use parts provided by auto owner. I believe clerk again entered info about tank repair I did. Besides I supplied gas tank.
When fire department came to gas all over parking lot and under truck. They used a cheap repair stuff. But it held til I put in better one. But I called them when I saw the parking lot. I thought All that gas and under truck, fire. They said dont worry it will evaporate.
When I left and TRied to get into my truck. The seat was all the way forward, and tilted. Both mirrors have been moved. Passenger window was open all the way and door unlocked. And the steering wheel was lowered all the way down.
It goes to show ask.
Clerk in office was a nice guy.
It was me to clerk to mechanic to clerk to me and I could hear changes. It was a strange experience.
I'm not going back
I just checked service receipt, it says they did this and that and said that. Flat out lies. Why would they say such things, unknown. But from beginning it was apparent clerk was extremely focus on liability avoidance.

Brought in my car for diagnostics regarding a new noise. They spent a good part of the day on it and didn't even charge me when they couldn't identify it. Honest and kind. What more can you ask for?

I came to schedule an oil change for my mustang however I was unable to bring it to the shop because it wouldn’t start. Then my E brake got suck while I was in the middle of the road. I came back to cancel my appointment and not only did Turab say don’t worry about missing the appointment he gave me a tip that fixed my issue. He even offered to come down to my house himself to help me out if I was unable to fix the problem myself! Luckily his advice worked and I was able to fix it myself. However the fact that this shop was willing to go above and beyond, they have my loyalty, and that’s something that MUST be EARNED.

Amazing customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. They’ve helped me with passing smog and a few repairs. Definitely would recommend coming here for damn near any car problems.

Wonderful experience. Went in for a last minute smog test, was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Staff was kind and respectful! Def keep them in mind if you need auto service in pinch.
