“The Walmart out of everyone I've been to makes you check out your own purchases..Which overall takes much time due to the lack of help for the people who don't know how to use them. They just stand around and don't help..I figure if you got all these employees watching to make sure you don't steal and checkout correctly hop on a register and help everyone. Not sure why it's like this. They do have overall decent prices and the parking is okay, but they need to step up there game on helping the elderly people checkout..yum yum”
“I would have given this Ross a 5 star because they always have everything so nice and neat, and I can tell that the store management cares about their store. The reason why I didn't give the store 5 stars is because I notice that they only hire Ukrainian/Russian people ( I don't know which of those 2 cultures the people are but they all communicate with each other in their language) which is discriminatory. There are only a few other employees in this store who are not Ukrainian/Russian and it is obvious that whomever Is in charge of the hiring process, seem to be discriminating against people who are not of their ethnicity. I know personally because someone who I know (who is not Ukrainian/ Russian or white) interviewed and were qualified, but did not get hired. And yet each time I shop at this store, I see new employees at this store who are ALL White Ukranian/Russian. "Everyone" should have equal opportunity to work there.Other than that MAJOR concern, this Ross has good customer service and the store is organized and set up to appeal shoppers. They just need to hire people of other ethnicities”
