I did a drop in here and the only thing the instructor could say was go lower and lift more weight. I've been to other gyms that were actually friendly, informative and encouraging.

If you are looking for "Global Gym", this place ain't it. What you will get is an old school "Average Joe" style gym with the basic equipment. But what is unique is the attentive staff and class atmosphere. You feel like you belong and everyone is encouraging. The coaches are always watching to ensure you are applying correct form to avoid injuries, but they will know if you are holding back and will call you out on it.

Amazing box with amazing coaches and amazing people working out here. Yep, positive vibes! I've been here for almost 2mos now and can definitely see myself gradually getting back to precovid shape. The coaches here are extremely encouraging and easy to work with. They have great insights and advice to share. The workouts here seemed longer and tougher than where I was previously, but that's a good thing. It made me improve faster, I can appreciate that. Always a good workout once you finish. Aside from that, they also offer classes 7 days a week. One of the few gyms where the schedule actually works out for me. Saturdays are usually partner workouts followed by an open gym. Great for those who want to stay and brush up on some techniques. Overall great Crossfit gym, great people, highly recommended : )

I dropped into these box for a few classes while I was in town for work. I had a great experience! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The coaches were great at keeping me in the loop and making me feel like I was a regular member. I would definitely recommend this box to anyone in the area!

Simon and Rebecca have literally changed my life! This gym is one of a kind. They’re professionals and focus on all round development with crossfit fundamentals. Both Simon and Rebecca welcomed me in with friendly smiles when i joined 6 months ago. They would spend quality 1:1 time with me and answer all my questions about correct form and work on my weak areas. I improved exponentially under their guidance. I lost 15 lbs, but lost even more inches than i thought I would. I started looking and feeling fitter. The people in the gym are like a big happy family, and they welcome everyone without any reservations. Everyone cares about everyones fitness and the synergy is just unbeatable. If i didn’t have to move for work, i would have never left this gym.Thank you so much Simon and Rebecca. :)

I'm can't find the word to describe the environment at this gym, but I could probably go on forever trying to sum it up. I'm not in the business of leaving bad reviews either, I only review something if the service not only met but also exceeded my expectations. This gym is downright amazing. The attention, the knowledge, and the concern for the athlete is out matched bar none. I've been attending regular sessions for about a year now, and all the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. The owners leadership does not go unnoticed! If you're a seasoned athlete, or someone looking to dip there feet in the water (like I was), there's absolutely no better place to start. 10/5 stars v v v recommend.

I have been coming to this gym for years, and it is the best thing that I ever did for myself, and the only exercise program that I have been able to sustain! I never get bored! The coaches are committed, and instruct how to scale the workout, so everyone can complete the workout without risk of injury! We are like family, encouraging each other and cheering each other on! If you are considering Crossfit, don't be intimidated by anything you've heard, just come and see.

I gave this business an opportunity to respond after my horrible experience. It's been over two months with no email back from the owners. They clearly don't care about customer service and or making their "CrossFit" gym feel inclusive and welcoming. My email to the owner from about two months ago explains it all. I would never recommend this place and beginners should definitely beware. Email posted below: Hello, I believe I spoke with a Rebecca originally? I honestly forget; Whoever the owners wife is- I think? Anyways she was very sweet when I initially called and told me about the gym which is why I decided to try it out in the first place. I did the $25 Groupon and my first couple classes were great until I had a class with Simon. I want to let you know that I told 3 people (Simon included) that I had an injury and that I have not done a cross fit work out and almost a year since I went to my family friends gym. My first class with Simon I picked up a kettle bell and he told me the weight was not enough. I was a little annoyed because he didn't even ask if I had an injury or if I was new to cross fit; nothing... but I let him know. However, I was a little embarrassed so I used his recommended weight anyways and ended up pulling a muscle just a tad bit. Oh well, I figured he's a trainer/coach this is his job and he will get me in shape I just have to be firm with him when it comes to my limits. (Because I know them and it's my body...right?) the next couple classes with both Andrew and Pete were awesome! Both trainers corrected my form and didn't knock me down due to the weight I was using. They listened to the fact that I haven't done these work outs in almost a year and that I was injured a few months back. Really great trainers, I was super excited to be joining the gym mainly due to their coaching and vibes. This morning I came in for a 5:30am class and Simon was coaching. We were asked to grab bars and I picked the 35lbs bar because I can't lift much more then that if we are jerking or doing anything overhead. He came up to me and said "go grab a men's bar dude, that's a women's bar" I couldn't believe this? Are you serious? Not ok. May I remind everyone associated with this gym that I picked up the bar that wasn't going to throw my shoulder out, thank you very much. If you're going to have that mindset maybe you should put labels on the bar and mark them "male" or "female"? (I've Never heard anything that stupid in my life when it comes to working out at a gym and I've heard some pretty stupid s**** I can barley do the moves he wanted me to do; and he didn't help me with form or give me pointers. Thankfully Pete was there and offered some help. I really thought I found a gym that didn't have the typical Crossfit motto "who cares how you get the weight up over your head just get it up their" (form? What's that?) this is why the CrossFit name and "the entity" is going out of business, and laying off their people. It's people like Simon that give it a bad name. Now I don't think he did this on purpose, I think it's just how he runs his classes and hey it's his gym he can run it how he wants, but come on have some balance with your "tuff trainer love" I will not be paying $150 a month to be talked to that way, it's not encouraging and nobody knows my journey or what type of fitness triumphs and or defeats I've had. Thankfully I know where I've been with my fitness, I'm confident and he'll yes I've been up on those rings and underneath that bar multiple times. So the demeaning attitude towards me doesn't really affect me as much. However, that might not be the case with other people that try to join. (Beginners) Guys, I think it's a great gym- love the 5

First off this place is absolutely horrible to find they do not give accurate directions . 2nd.. when you walk into the room it is old it is dingy it is dirty it has plastic duct tape over everything the children's room smells like pee...3rd the instructors put you in front of a television screen which any of us can do at home for free...4th their owners don't get me started on their customer service quality of care they can't even properly answer the phone let alone give directions when a customer calls Lord forbid their owner Simon Rodriguez Ramirez whatever his name is.. his wife's rattled off so quickly their staff isnt eqipped to honor a groupon....they did not have enough people there for a class experience DO NOT waste your money or your time coming to this place .. I promise it will be a waste of time worst experience ever

A very cool box with very cool people. Sam the trainer was wonderful, she really simplifies the motions to help you execute them successfully. Not as intimidating as some CrossFit experiences can be.
