Everything went alright after a few days I opened up the phone package to get the metal clip for the storage card to be accessible and the metal tool wasn't with the phone I just bought.

I am 64 years old and not very modern technology oriented but I did just buy Samsung Galaxy A23 5G which I love and want to know everything about it. I went to Cricket store because I received messages to update the software and needed WiFi for that. I was slightly frustrated because I didn't have WiFi. That's where I met Hakeem who immediately put the smile on my face. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain to me how everything works, let me use WiFi in the store to update software and I left very happy with this incredible service. Thank you Hakeem and Cricket.

Your knowledge, kindness and positive attitude blew us away. I went into the store to purchase an iPhone 11. The store manager DeeJay was the one to help me. Soon after I arrived and began to work with him, another customer walked it. She was extremely angry about a defective iPhone she purchased. DeeJay Explained to her that she would have to take the device to an Apple store because she was past the 7 day return policy. She began screaming at DeeJay, making violent threats, throwing around racial slurs, and even when as far as damaging property inside of the store. Let me just say that DeeJay is store manager for a reason! The way he handled the situation and himself was flawless. He was extremely professional, remained so polite, repeatedly explained to her why she had to take the device to apple, and still got me taken care of in a timely manner. To be honest, I wouldn’t have been able to keep my composure the way he did. To have someone in your face, screaming at you, cussing, damaging store property, and throwing racial slurs, is not an easy task to handle but DeeJay handled it flawlessly and effortlessly. I commend the man you are and will DEFINITELY recommend him and this exact store to all my family and friends! And we will definitely be back for my husbands phone!

Love the place! DeeJay was the nicest, sweetest, knowledgeable and most patient rep I could have asked for. He gave me options which was great and eventually I walked away with a great phone, I was able to keep my same number, and am very happy I stopped by today. I highly recommend asking for DeeJay if you want excellent customer service ?
