I would give zero but doesn't give that option. Needless to say, the management literally refused(per my email from her) to give a parking pass as a new resident which caused my car to be towed(should be her responsibility). Not only is that a work day lost but also a fee I will need to pay to get my car out of impound(this should be the responsibility of management!!). ALL parking stalls are for tenants only whether it has a number(for tenants), visitor(suppose to be for visitors), and unmarked(suppose to be the overflow parking for visitors/tenants having more than one vehicle); what exactly is the point of having visitor parking stalls!! Going back to management, ALL TENANTS(people who actually LIVE in the complex) should receive a parking pass upon moving in. A parking pass should be given REGARDLESS of how many people per unit!!

Times are surely tough right now! I became widowed fairly young after 25 years of marriage and now have to pay bills by myself. I have been treated very kindly here at Crestview and I am so grateful they rented to me.

Called to get information about the complex. Just spoke to the rudest lady on the phone. Clearly the people who live here are an inconvenience.

I hope you like cold showers! I had an apartment here from 2017 -2019 and it was decent for the initial price. I moved back in in 2022 and I HATE it.(Full disclosure: its one of the cheapest in the area and you get what you pay for i guess.)Pros: Near a main road but not noisy. Good kitchens. Nice balconies and patios. Pet and child-friendly. Mostly working folk who are quiet at night. Awesome diverse set of neighbors.Cons: Vectrus bought it in 2019 and jacked up the rent by close to 30% and did little to improve it. Its water is on a boiler system from like the 1960s and they wont upgrade or fix it. So you take lukewarm showers. Parking sucks. It is crowded, paces are small, and theres really no guest spots. Laundry it limited so good luck picking a time. Few security measures.

This is a company with high standards for themselves but low standards for the product. They charge and excessive amount of rent, yet take dangerous risks with the lives of their renters. The property overall is extremely dirty, the facilities are in a constant state of disrepair, and the management is absentee. They have had significant problems since the new management company took over, so bad that the renters formed a tenants union, to address the problems. In the time I have been here, nearly 2 years that have placed the children, and female residents at extreme risk over an elongated period of time. They have set the property up to look great to the outside eye, but living here you can’t miss that the most important amenities clients pay for like laundry facilities and recreation facilities are in constant disrepair yet they continue to increase rents, they are now blaming Covid-19 for the issues where they are ripping off customers. Yes I said ripping off customers. I am a retired Marine, the facilities I had in Iraq were better.

I lived here for 7 years. I loved living here until they sold the complex and Vertus Property Management took over. I had to move out when they decided to give me a rent increase of 50%!! A 50% rent increase at one time, after living there for 7 years, in a very old complex, in a unit that had not been updated at all, very old carpets and appliances.... Yet I get a notice on New Year's Eve that my rent was being increased by 50%, $400.Stay away from Vertus Property Mgt, and Crestview North Apartments.

This complex enforces "rules" and yet allows people to break them. My upstairs neighbors are the absolute WORST! They fight 24/7, let their baby run around at all hours of the day/night, play loud music even when it's not allowed (quiet hours are 8 pm to 8 am) but worst of all, smoke weed all day in which I could care less what people do but if it's coming into MY unit every single day, that's unacceptable! I don't smoke. Management does nothing. Don't recommend this place to anyone!!!

Wonderful apartment for working people. Apartments are very big and relatively inexpensive. Not a lot of folks hanging out during the day which is nice. Good people live here.

Pros: Decent location, onsite managers try to help as much as they canCons: Only ONE parking lot per unit, old aluminium windows (prepare to pay around $200 for electricity, no gas), the field next to the complex is full of homeless people (screaming in the middle of the night guaranteed), spiders issues (lots of them), no washer and dryer designated spaces in the units.

So, Lori, are you related to Cynthia Baysinger, the paralegal who helped form the LLC that owns the complex that is now raising its rent 50%??????

My family and I lived here for a little over two years. The rent is reasonable and the girls in the office are very professional and on the ball. We moved across the street to the townhouses that are managed by the same office and we lived there for 9 years. We recommend this to everyone. We loved it.
