Steve greeted my mother and I and welcomed us into the shop. We were lucky to show up on sample saturday and got to try some amazing chili as well as listen to some good tips and stories.

A great find! Wonderful huge selection of heirloom beans, each with a background story and unique flavor profile. And there is perfectly seasoned chili ready for cooking, InstaPot or stove top.
