I would give them 10 stars if I could. Every time I go there, they are so helpful and caring. They mail fedx and ups packages, and I would use them over any other feds or ups store. Other ups wanted to charge me $4.30 to print the ups label to send back to sender- what a rip off. Thank you so much for your sweet and generous service!

I've been disappointed by this location several times. I would just give one star. However the people that work there are very polite. They are bound by what the owners tell them to do. However, they are polite. The last and final straw was taking a return to be send via UPS with a prepaid label. It is an $1,800 device. Again a prepaid label. They would not provide a receipt of accepting it. Waiting for UPS to collect it. Unless I wanted to pay them to ship it. It's just ridiculous. Every little thing to make every little dime sacrificing customer service. Again, the gentleman was very polite even wished me a good day which I returned the same to him. However, still only lip service. No actual service.

All in one store where you can ship, print, scan, fax, and buy cute post cards. The crew is always nice and knowledgeable. My personal fave is T.J. who will always help you with shipping services.
They also offer live scans for DOJ and notary public services.

I went to this box shop to return an item from Amazon to UPS. The item was scanned and label was created and packaged. I had to pay for label copy and never told that I had to pay for the copy. I returned this item on December 26 2023 and was never issued a refund for this item. I will never go back and return items I brought from Amazon again. Next time I will go to UPS store to return my Amazon items

Candace was wildly knowledgeable on global customs as I was planning to ship baggage to Japan. The counter service here is also friendly and nicely service oriented. Good variety of boxes for purchase, greeting cards, and shipping supplies. PO Box service here too. I will definitely do business with these experts again!! You can rely on them.

I have had a mailbox here for a long time now several years. Is it for my business now mail. I get notified when I get a package. Everyone is pleasant and a recognize me when I come in. They typically have my stuff ready before I reach the counter, I recommend this place anyone that needs a business address or has any shipping needs they also have a good selection of boxes and packaging material notary public and live scan fingerprinting. I like it especially for the security peace of mind in knowing that my package will be there until I get there to pick it up and no one will steal it off my doorstep.

Went for a livescan, and the process was so easy and painless! The exployees were helpful and kind and even though there was someone in line before me, I was done within 10 minutes! Would come here again for shipping needs!

I've had to come here twice to mail important documents internationally and they always help me and show me all the services (fedex, ups, dhl) and the options each offers. They help figure out which takes how long and price comparison too. I recommend this place.

I'll try to write this again. Clicked on wrong button and my extensive praise filled review disappeared. Staff here always friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. They explain options and go above and beyond. In an age where I see customer service lacking they excel and will always be our go to place for our shipping needs. As a customer service/marketing professional I know that the owners/management must be great to retain staff and instill such exemplary upbeat atmosphere.
