“My wife Deborah is in Carmichael caring for her brother who had a stroke. They had a very important medical appointment in Sacramento and the night before someone vandalized her car and broke her widow. The next day Eddie said he could order the glass and get her and her brother on the road to make their appointment. At the last minute the parts warehouse had a problem delivering the glass. Rather than not keeping his promise he drove to south Sacramento to pick up the glass and had it installed right on time for Deborah and her brother to make their appointment. Truly great customer service that shows A-Tek truly cares about their customers and will do what it takes to get the job done. Thanks Eddie.”
