Completely horrible experience. Went in to this shop and got sold a subwoofer and complete speaker replacement. Had to come back 4 times because of constant issues with this installation. Fast forward 2 months and the amp secured to my trunk completely fell off. Tried visiting them twice more and they have been closed and when I call they hang up on me. Please save your money and go elsewhere!

I came here more than three times with the same stereo issue with the misiwiring. This is the fourth time it's happening and I've been trying to get in contact with the store to no avail. I've called phone numbers, tried to get in during business hours but their store was locked up and seemed like it was closed. The first time I came in I paid 300$ in cash to fix wiring, stereo was working for a week then it began showing "Miswiring check wiring then power back on". I came back a second time and they did a further diagnosis and thought there was something wrong with the stereo and told me I had to buy a new one for 250$. I stupidly did that and a week later it shows the same "miswiring signal on the new stereo". On top of that the new stereo was a downgrade from the one I had before. I had asked for refund But they told me they could only give me store credit. What kind of silly business is this??!!! The best they could do was reinstall the old stereo and assure me they would fix the miswiring issue, which worked for about a week now it's showing the miswiring issue for the FOURTH TIME!!!! Now I'm out of 550$ with no fix to my stereo, and no way to contact them. None of their phone numbers that are showcased online are working. Scammers for sure.

Good place, good honest owner and good service. I got my tinted windows here and two years later my tinted windows still look good. The person that did my windows was top notch with his job. It took a while but he made sure that it was not leaving they're shop at 90% so I was totally fine with that so I would be satisfied 100%.

I got my new stereo system, apple car play deck, 12 inch kicker subwoofer and amplifier installed. They were very nice and friendly! Thanks guys!

Installer wired my stereo INTO my HVAC and it caused MAJOR problems with my electrical. Lost power to my whole HVAC, outside thermometer, and other components. I have been texting and calling Moe for several days with no response. I just asked him to reverse what his guy did so I can have someone fix everything. I went to 2 other shops and a dealer, and nobody will touch it because they don't understand what was done when this place spliced into the wiring in my HVAC and other things in my dash. Nobody I showed it to had ever seen anything like this. Moe is super nice, very responsive initially. I was about to write a glowing review. But I could see his installers were complete tweakers right away, very obvious. I should've gone elsewhere but I was on a time crunch. They finished so fast I should've been suspicious. Now I have no choice but to engage in the horrible process of BBB and FTC complaints, small claims court, enforcing the judgment (up to 3 years sometimes). He won't respond when the time bomb they installed goes off. Save the headache and go elsewhere.

I went here to get a touchscreen stereo installed, but I decided to install it myself after hearing their very high quotes (which is common for car audio shops). I requested a wiring harness specific to my car and stereo (which should have been difficult to mess up as I showed them my setup). I bought the $20 used harness (which I later checked is actually $5 online) and I assumed that it is compatible because I gave them all the necessary information and this is their job. Little did I know they messed up and gave me the wrong harness, unfortunately I didn't notice this until after I soldered and heat shrinking everything. Looking back I wish I had checked it but I feel it was very reasonable to assume they would give me the right parts. When I went back they were very stubborn, wouldn't take full responsibility, and wouldn't give me anything but store credit, which I have no use for. I will not be returning to their business.

This place was ok but customer service could of been better they were a little rude they did a great job but if I was the owner or manger I would be disappointed

Not the best customer service experience this morning after driving across town with my truck and my girlfriend in her car for a drop off appointment at 10:30am when I get there the shop isn’t open and MO is running late which is okay I call and he says he’s going to be about 10 more minutes but that they aren’t going to be able to install the stereo because the wiring harness hasn’t arrived and that he wanted to call me and reschedule but he had lost my name and phone number information from when I had made the appointment. So there I am cash in hand standing In front of a closed store after dragging my girlfriend across town making her follow me in her car to an appointment that can’t be kept and very little apology for the experience Mo tells me that if I don’t pay on it that day he’s going to sell the stereo I picked out to someone else. Well alright sell it to someone else then. I’ll take my money to a shop that has it together.Edit after the response: The owners response is a perfect example of how they are unapologetic and rude first he loses my contact information then doesn’t even bother showing up on time for the appointment they can’t keep then he has the nerve to demand payment and the response here online with customer service like this it’s amazing they have any business at all.

They go out of their way to explain all the options and make sure you understand the products. For someone like me who doesn't know anything about car audio, that was very helpful. I saved a lot of money over what best buy was going to charge me, and I saved a lot of time because they could fit me in much sooner. So I'm very happy I found this place!

From the second I called these guys I felt like a valued customer. I have been going to these guys for a year and couple months now. When I needed to do things on my truck. They have installed and changed out multiple systems for me. Re wired my truck so I can run accessories such as light bars, lights, and my train horn. Best value and service for your dollar. These guys are a great group that will always take care of you. I highly recommend them for all your audio and wiring needs.
