I am so disappointed. Bio Lab on Manzanita in Carmichael who lost my urine tests twice. I didn't go to Quest because it was a possible infection and at Quest, you need an appointment. The urine test taken at this Bio Lab was sent to Quest. Quest did not accept their specimen due to an improper lid on the specimen. In the end, Bio Lab stated I needed to return to my hematologist and ask Quest to perform the test. If Bio Lab does not take testing seriously, then maybe they need to open another line of business.

So I drove from Oakdale to get blood work done at biolab and I'd have to say that seems like a very cohesive happy staff everybody was smiling sense of humor as well as my own and I appreciate that very much they were all professional and would recommend this place to anyone that needs blood work

Rudest lady in the world zero customer service skills. Zero greeting availability. Covid testing center that doesnt have masks but require masks. Again front desk thing could have been more warmer she is terrible there are many people needing a job no need to keep such rude people.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loving the new location. Christmas came early for them as I donated a few silk plants to help give it a homey feel. Happy Holidays ladies!! ?

Really disappointed. Arrived here at 12:30 and two woman came out saying they are closed and already took in their last patient. Why does it say they are closed at 1pm then?. It sucks because I took the day off today to get this done and they said to come back tomorrow. I work tomorrow at 6am. So I have to take another day off because they decided to close earlier? Really upset about this.
