I went yesterday to pick up my order, and I was greeted at the door by an employee. I said I had an order to pick up, but I wasn't able to go to the counter to retrieve my order. The person got on her headset and gave them my name, and they brought my order to me. I didn't even get a chance to look around and see if I wanted to purchase anything else. This, of course, was not my first time picking up my purchase. Instead, having it shipped. Is this something new?

I enjoyed going to this location. It is so much better than a mall setting. It is usually quiet and not as many people. With that also comes having items in stock.The employees are very attentive and helpful. Recently, I went in bcuz I changed my perfume. I was looking for lotion that wouldn't over power the scent of the perfume. Two sales people spent a total of 15 minutes helping me find just the right scent.I'm grateful for their knowledge and spending time testing different scents. Great customer service, good location and not huge crowds (which I appreciate).

This is my New Bath & Body Works stores!!! It's a little bit further for me to drive, but worth it!!! The store is beautiful! Well stocked! And, the employees are So Nice!!!!
