“I acquired a car that had a lot of wire damage from rats. A lot of lights didn't work. Some went on and drained the battery. Glen worked three hours or more replacing all those wires. I was driving a fire hazard!! The cost was less then I expected. Now, I got lights when I'm supposed to and the brake light doesn't go on in the middle of the night! I am very happy with the results. Thank you!!”

“This review is for the laundry pickup service. My laundry was returned with stains on my brand new button up dress shirt and 3 items that were not mine. (bra, spandex top, and a pair of grey sweat pants. Now I'm wondering if someone has some of my clothes) When I called to see what the protocol was for receiving someone else's clothes and having one of my shirts stained, the owner Michael said to me "I call bullsh!+" (Yes, he cursed at me) Michael did not believe that I was given 3 wrong items or that my brand new dress shirt was stained. (I have no idea why Michael would think that I lied. I am a new customer and have never met him. I have nothing to gain by taking time out of my day to call and ask why I have other people clothes) He gave me an explanation about watching my clothes on video cameras, weighing my clothes and said that he has not made a mistake in 18 months. Michael did not believe that his company gave me someone else's clothes or that my new shirt was stained and then proceeded to curse at me. I was expecting an apology and maybe reimbursement for my dress shirt, but instead I was cursed at by the owner Michael. I have read previous reviews and see that Michael has cursed at other customers in the past and then comes to the reviews to type out an excuse. I am very hurt by the way I was treated and hope no one else has to experience such unkind customer service.”

“I went to open a account at another bank that my wife and daughter bank at but was turned away and told to come back tomorrow and wait.so as I walked away I thought there's more than 1 bank and it was in the same area I walked right in treated with respect and opened my account i had banked with bank of the west years ago but had to close my account for other reasons nothing they did,but glad to be back.the j*** at the other bank judged me by my long hair I get that a lot I'm a old Rocker ain't cutting it for anyone so I'm just gonna stay with bank of the west.from a person treated with respect that doesn't cost anything.”

“My visit to Golden One in Carmichael was my first visit and I was very worried because I had concerns and I wanted someone to hear me and answer me and give me enough time and fortunately I met Mr. Charles English he was very respectful and he answered all my questions really I felt happy that I sat with his employee A smiling, kind, respectful and patient face I want to say thank you with all my heart for helping me”
